1、To urge the inspectors to carefully review the business statements and bills of each collecting point, to find mistakes and to correct them, to ensure that the hotel revenue accounts are accurate and that the reports that have been reviewed must be signed and responsible.
督促查核人员认真复核各收银点的营业报表、账单,发现错误,加以纠正,以保证酒店营业收入账目准确,对已复核过的报表,都必须签字,以示负责。
2、Check the income of the night shift morning report: the average house rate, the rent income, the average house price of the bulk guest and the group is correct, and the average consumption, number and total number of each restaurant are correct, and the signature is confirmed.
复核夜班完成的收入晨报表:主要核对开房率、房租收入、散客和团体的平均房价是否正确,每个餐厅的平均消费、人数、总数是否正确,并签名确认。
3、Review the income of the previous day, compile daily income report, and submit the daily report to the hotel leader.
审核汇总前一天的营业收入情况,编制收入日报表,及时将日报呈酒店领导。
4、Review the documents approved in the morning shift.
复核早班所核的单据。
5、Train staff to ensure normal operation.
对所属员工进行培训,以确保工作正常运转。
