1、协助总经理完成酒店日常经营管理工作，组织实施酒店各岗位的现场培训及质量跟踪，控制酒店前台风险防范，做好酒店各岗位绩效考核；
Assist the general manager to complete the daily operation and management of the hotel, organize and implement on-site training and quality tracking of various positions in the hotel, control the risk prevention of the hotel front desk, and do a good job performance evaluation of each position of the hotel;
2、定期分析店内管理状况，提出整改方案，并向总经理汇报；
Regularly analyze the management status of the store, propose a rectification plan, and report to the general manager;
3、开展酒店巡视工作，按运营标准进行酒店现场管理；及时处理发现的问题，并将处理结果向总经理汇报；
Carry out hotel inspection work, conduct hotel site management according to operating standards; timely process the problems found, and report the results to the general manager;
4、督导前厅经理、客房经理完成各自的本职工作，高峰期参与对客服务；
Supervise the front office manager and the room manager to complete their respective duties, and participate in the customer service during the peak period;
5、了解酒店经营和销售目标的完成情况（酒店REVPAR、营收、GOP），阅读酒店每日报表，了解酒店经营趋势，及时提出整改建议向店长反馈；
Understand the completion of hotel operations and sales targets (hotel REVPAR, revenue, GOP), read the hotel daily report, understand the hotel's business trends, and promptly propose rectification suggestions to the store manager;
6、随时关注酒店房态，负责预定审核工作，配合总经理完成房控工作；
Keep an eye on the hotel's room status, be responsible for the scheduled review work, and cooperate with the general manager to complete the house control work;
7、配合酒店销售方案的实施，确保酒店收益最大化；
Cooperate with the implementation of the hotel sales plan to ensure maximum hotel revenue;
8、做好客房清洁及硬件的检查与维护，督导在岗员工状态，抽查OK房及VIP房间；
Do a good job in room cleaning and hardware inspection and maintenance, supervise the status of employees on the job, and check the OK room and VIP room;
9、做好酒店安全、消防工作，确保消防设备设施的正常使用，督导各岗位负责人进行安全工作的现场管理；
Do a good job in hotel safety and fire protection, ensure the normal use of fire-fighting equipment and facilities, and supervise the person in charge of each position to carry out on-site management of safety work;
10、负责酒店宾客关系维护，及时处理宾客投诉，确保客户满意度；
Responsible for hotel guest relationship maintenance, timely handling guest complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction;
11、负责酒店安全管理工作，并承担安全责任；
Responsible for hotel safety management and assume responsibility for safety;
12、完成上级安排的其他工作。
