Key Responsibilities
Ø Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation
Ø Access, analysis, distribute and file the daily flow of information.
Ø Ensure all administrative duties are completed for Director.
Ø Upkeep Office Filing System and general office conditions.
Ø Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
Ø Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Ø Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Director, Co-ordinate and arrange activities accorded to the Director.
Required qualifications:
Ø Excellent communication skills.
Ø Good computer skills : excel, words, Power Point, etc.
Ø Oral and written fluently in English and Chinese.
Ø Basic hotel operation knowledge.
Ø Team player.
Ø Basic financial knowledge.
