Customer Service

· Recommends and contracts China based customers in WHLS as well as MICE segments by actively conducting sales calls to ensure continuous business development according the set goals. Resumes responsibility for account retention, re-acquisition and new acquisition.

Promotions

· Track the success of issued promotions, packages and campaigns showing return on investment (ROI).

Administration

· Assists with the preparation of the annual Marketing Business Plan ensuring objectives of the assigned area (China) fully addressing business objectives

General

· Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required

· Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming

· Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

· Exercise responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International

· Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel, industry and company

Reporting and Analysis

· Create regular reporting showing production/profitability trends of sales accounts, wholesalers, travel agents, and in-house guests by industry, geographical area

· Create reports and analysis showing the importance of the various customer segments in achieving the financial objectives for assigned area.

· Maintain competition and market intelligence to direct marketing team towards acquisition opportunities

· Ensure that guidelines for data collection, data input, data cleaning, and data usage are being followed throughout the hotel.
