1.Sign in for attendance in full uniform, uniform must be cleaned and presentable. Always check personal hygiene and be well groomed in appearance. Always wear a clean and tidy uniform and well-polished shoe.

2.Always be friendly and keep smiling under any circumstances.

3.Ensure that all files are maintained up-to-date. 
确保所有文件保持随时更新。
4.Answering phone calls with courtesy, politeness and patience.耐心有礼貌地接听客人的电话。 
5.Take messages from front office and view computer constantly so as to ensure that the floor supervisors release all dirty and vacant clean rooms.
按照前厅部通知的信息随时检查电脑以确保楼层主管放出所有脏房和干净空房。
6.Control and keep record of all master keys/pagers/radio.控制和记录所有楼层钥匙、传呼和无线电。
7.Keep the attendance and leave record of all housekeeping staffs.保管所有客房部员工的考勤记录。
8.Keep the lost items in lock and maintained the record book.保管客人失物和记录本。 
9.Maintained daily message book and keep informed EHK for important messages.
保管每日信息本并随时通知行政管家重要信息。 
10.Act as custodian of office supplies and other items in the office. Prepare request forms or purchase request forms before anything is purchased.
管理办公室用品和其它设备。在购买任何物品前准备好物品领取单和物品购买申请单。
 11.Ensure that all office equipments are cleaned and well maintained and working area is clean and tidy all the time.确保办公室所有设备干净且状态良好，工作区域随时保持干净整洁。 
12.Must be neat and poised in appearance. Be loyal to the Exec. Housekeeper and company. Maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
