1.Responsible for attending to, resolving or acting upon any alarms or security breaches that may occur whilst on duty. 
当班期间，要负责解决出现的意外情况。 
2.The Manager is to ensure and oversee that the staffs Agent shift procedures/duties are completed on time and are procedurally correct.
餐厅经理要确保和监督餐厅员工的班次运转正常，工作程序符合要求。         
3.Ensures that on-going pertinent/relevant logbook communication to other shifts is maintained.       
要确保有相关的交班本上与其他班次可以进行有效的沟通。
4.Assists all area in the restaurant as required. (I.e.:  Waiter/Waitress, Captain, Hostess, Asst.Manager.)
按照需要帮助所有的餐厅工作岗位。例如:服务员，领班，咨客以及餐厅副经理。 
5.Responsible for assisting in a "hands-on" capacity should the need arise in any outlet or area in the Hotel.
如果饭店的任何餐厅和任何区域需要帮助时，要负责向他们提供帮助。
6.Assists as required/requested with the solving of any guest complaints/upsets.
协助处理客人的询问和投诉。
7.Ensures all staff is correctly uniformed According to Hotel Standard.

8.Responsible for ensuring that end of shift balances for outlets are completed on time and are in balance. 
要在下班前负责准时完成所有岗位的核算并且要无误。 
9.Responsible for ensuring clear and constant communication lines are kept with all staff and hotel departments.

10.Ensure that you as a outlet Manager are completely aware of all Renmin Square Hotels Xi’an's services and facilities, outlet operating hours and scope of service.

11.Responsible for on going pertinent/relevant logbook communication to other shifts/departments.

12.Responsible for adhering to Renmin Square Hotels Xi’an staff rules and regulations as detailed in Renmin Square Hotels Xi’an staff handbook.

The city of Xian (lit, “Western Peace”) is located south west of Beijing, ninty minuties by flight.
