Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.

Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.
Ready at workstation 15 minutes before designated work time. 在正式上班前的15分钟做好准备工作。
Wearing proper uniform and nametag. 正确穿着制服并佩戴工号牌。
Looks well groom and tidy. 仪容仪表整洁。
Prepared and obtain any car bookings for the day. 准备和接受当天的租车预订。
Check all the stationery and equipment at workstation. Ensure it is ready and in good order or condition.
Read the logbook. 阅读交班记录。
Ensure the car is clean and in good condition, e.g. AC, Brake etc.
Report immediately if any parts or car equipment that needs to be fixed or change.
Transport our guest to and from the airport. E.g. Airport shuttle service.
Never drive exceeding the speed limit. 禁止超速行驶。
Possess excellent driving skill. 具备优秀的驾驶技术。
Drive safely and carefully. 安全驾驶。
Provide guest with all information about our hotel facilities and attractions.
Always build up a good relationship with the guest.
Light conversation is encouraged, as long as it is not disturbing your concentration while you are driving.
Loading and unloading guests’ luggage and other materials
Ensure the guest personal belongings are not left in the car after dropping guest off especially if the guest is dropped off at the airport.
Take good care of all the vehicles.
