职位描述

 

Primary purpose of role:
Be a strategic partner to HR team for appropriate and proactive insights and proposals of Total Rewards Solutions upon HR data analysis, and take actions to land Rewarding strategic solutions.

 

Key Accountabilities:
1 HR analyst and insights:
(1) Builds strong partnership within HR and with cross departments to research, analyse and present HR data for business requirements.
(2) Improve the efficiency of HR data analysis by consolidating, developing standard and adhoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards and metrics.
(3) Highlight issues and addressing proposals on HR business solutions.

2 Rewarding management:
(1) Assist in development, rollout and implementation of Rewarding programs, policies and procedures in purpose of talent acquisition, performance motivation, staff engagement and talent retention.
(2) Review of the appropriateness and competitiveness of overall C&B practices by survey conducting, market benchmarking and budget controlling.
(3) Proactively identify and participate in continuous improvement of strategic plans of salary, incentives, benefits and recognition.
(4) Coach, counsel and educate HRSS partners on C&B policies, processes, programs and strategies for success deliveries.

Equipment, system or process: HRM (platinum)

 

Required knowledge, skills or experience:
1. Familiar with HR business data and process – retention / turnover, budget, manpower plan, survey, STI and LTI, etc.
2. Self-starter, with ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results.
3. Good communicator in both English and Mandarin Chinese with strong interpersonal skills as a co-worker with others to deliver quality analysis and make valuable solutions.
4. C&B analysis and conclusions drawing is a must with HR overall or Operations knowledge is a plus.
5. Bachelor degree or above and no less than 5 years experiences in C&B or business, consulting firm experience is a plus.
6. Good with details and skilful in excel and PPT.

 

Problem Solving:
1. Able to do troubleshoot HR data analysis and reports to find HR insights and translate into HR solutions.
2. Able to influence and have strong ability to communicate with HR data.
3. Able to come up with Rewarding solutions to continually improve salary, incentives, benefits, recognitions etc. policies and standards.
