Job Purpose:	
•Implement store compliance audit and revisit those failed the compliance audit
•Provide regular compliance training to Ops (AM, OM)
•Fraud detecting regards with loss prevention    
•Carry out discretionary audit
•Perform corporate finance audit and implement control procedures

Key Accountabilities

Store compliance audit
•Proper on site compliance audit for appointed stores
•Monthly audit results summarize sent to Ops with request for follow up action
•Audit check list updating
•Revisit those failed the compliance audit around 45 stores one year

Training providing
•Clarify/explain company policy to Ops team 
•Audit process training for AM / OM
•Provide on-site training if necessary
•Communicate with AM and SM on a quarterly basis to discuss weakest items during 
compliance audit and corrective actions to be undertaken

Fraud detect
•Produce a monthly “control report” report and interrogate COSTA AIM data down to transaction level to highlight unusual patterns of till transactions indicative of fraud
•To review, risk access and react to business done, and banking reports from finance team with regards to potential cash losses
•Cross team communication and investigate unusual items e.g. cost/sales%, stocktake variances and etc.

FCF Audit
•Assist IA Manager to conduct quarterly corporate office finance audit and submission to UK headquarter
•Assist IA Manager to review and implement internal control procedures for corporate office

What Key Performance Indicators will be measured to evaluate success?

•Feedback from Ops departments
