岗位职责：

任职要求：

专业技能：

大学专科及以上学历，农艺、园艺、林业、园林绿化专业
- 从事绿化工作5年以上,.同级别工作经验2年以上。
- 良好的团队服务意识; 具备团队管理经验，灵活、清晰的思维方式及多渠道解决问题的技能；有良好的沟通能力; 电脑Excel\Word\PPT及相关专业软件的使用；
- 1.熟悉园区绿化养护的方法及各种病虫害的治疗方法；熟悉园林材料和植物，各种树木和花卉习性，熟悉树木、花卉生长周期、成本控制的方法，能有效指导园林维护和绿化。
2.掌握各种树木和花卉的修剪、移植和维护的方法和理念，责任心强，具有创新理念，有良好的职业操守，有一定的团队管理能力能，独立进行绿化知识的培训。 3.熟练掌握常用绿化设备的使用，熟悉常用农药的使用方法
