Key Responsibilities 主要职责1.Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously

6. Calls guests by name whenever possible

7.Pages staff member when requested

8. Abides by principles of guest privacy

9.Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor

10.Report on logbook daily
每天在记事薄中做出记录
11. Bill call costs

12.Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers

13.Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations

14.Advises defects on switchboard equipment to Supervisor
通过总机设备向主管报告过失
15.Maintains a clean work environment

16. Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly

23. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all IHG Hotels in your region

24. Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business
准备和执行提高预订销售和相关业务
25. Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email

27. Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions

1.Good written and oral communication skills in both English and
