1.     Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.

Gallery Operations Gallery营运

 

1.     Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered and sales quotas at the shop / Gallery are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.

      确保通过有效地监督,服务周到, 店面销售收入,效率以及诚信最大化

2.     Oversee all subordinates and monitor all facets of daily operations.

      监管下属的个方面工作表现,及日常运作和行政方面的工作

3.     To update and printing product write up for all outlets, and ensure that all product has write up displayed in front of selected merchandize items.

      更新及打印产品说明牌给所有门店,并确保所有产品说明牌都摆放在所选陈列产品前

4.     Conduct daily shops inspection and ensure Galley is clean and well maintained at all times.

      进行例行门店巡查,并确保门店在任何时候都整洁干净,井井有条

5.     Assist subordinates during peak periods and during shortage of manpower at the shop floor.

      在高峰时期和人手不足的情况下,在店面协助下属工作

6.     To prepare and propose turns down gift to hotel as well as follow up the PO from Purchasing and Accounting.

      准备和提议酒店客人礼物的商品,同时跟进采购订单和财务部门所需的文件

7.     To monitoring and controlling gallery inventory and participates in inventory taking.

8.     To oversees the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they confirm to the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.

9.     To monitors and controls the financial performance of the outlets, helps maximize yield of the outlets and control costs and expenses.

 悦榕Spa和悦椿Spa的芳疗师均为泰国普吉岛、印尼民丹岛以及中国丽江悦榕Spa学院的毕业生。悦榕Spa学院于2001年在泰国普吉岛成立,旨在培训悦榕和悦椿Spa的芳疗师。培训项目涵盖了Spa护疗的全方面,包括人体解剖学知识,重要的穴位,传统及现代的按摩技艺,适用于不同体重的不同技法,皮肤表皮知识,面部护理的运用,不同草药和香料的属性,Spa原料和房间的准备以及标准的待客之道。普吉岛悦榕Spa学院获得了泰国教育部和公共卫生部的认可。2003年12月,印尼民丹岛悦榕Spa学院成立并且获得了印尼教育部认可。随着悦榕Spa进入中国,丽江悦榕Spa学院于2007年5月成立,学院旨在培训中国芳疗师,确保悦榕Spa在中国提供高品质的服务体验。
 至今,集团在近30个国家拥有/管理超过60家悦榕Spa、悦椿Spa以及由悦榕管理的Elements Spa。集团于2003年进入中国,目前为止开设有上海悦榕Spa、丽江悦榕Spa、仁安悦榕Spa、三亚悦榕Spa、杭州悦榕Spa以及澳门悦榕Spa。另一品牌悦椿Spa于2007年进驻中国,在广州花园饭店、上海日航饭店、三亚君澜度假酒店以及国内的首家悦椿度假酒店——抚仙湖悦椿度假酒店等分别开设了Spa。
