岗位职责
1.协助人力资源部经理,进行酒店工作分析、定岗定员定编和组织机构的设计工作。
2.负责酒店所需各类人才的搜集、贮备、招聘和选拔工作。3.办理新员工入职录用的各种手续。
4.办理员工劳动合同的签订、续订、中止、终止等事宜。
5.收集各部门的人事变动申报,报上级审批。
6.办理员工的离辞职手续,处理人事纠纷。
7.制作年度劳动人事报表,处理劳动部门年检工作。8.负责员工培训。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历,有相同岗位工作经验三年以上。
2.熟悉员工的有关法规和条例;掌握教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论。
3.了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
4.具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
5.具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。。
6.能熟练操作计算机。
