PRIMARY   RESPONSIBILITIES

主要职责

1. Provides a professional, advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals.

  向总经理提供专业的建议及行政上的支持,以达到酒店的战略目标

2. Participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedure for the department and hotel.

参与开拓和实施酒店和部门的政策规定

3. Plans and develops annual budget, marketing strategies and promotion plans with General Manager based on hotel and corporate guidelines.

在酒店指导方针指引下,协助总经理规划年度预算,制定市场战略及促销计划。

4. To set and meet hotel objectives, sales target and budgeted revenues

设定并达到酒店目标,销售及预算收入。

5. Establishes pricing strategies and sales targets for the hotel

制定酒店价格策略及销售目标。

6. To recommend solutions and strategies to further improve sales performance for the hotel.  

提出方案和策略以便进一步改进销售表现。

7. Constant review and monitor sales account and online activities

不断检验和监督客户预订和网上订房情况。

8. Constant review and update pricing strategy on all distribution channels to maximize revenue for the hotel

不断回顾,时时更新价格策略,以期为酒店创造尽可能多的利润

9. Conduct Overseas Sales Trips and Trade Shows to target market

针对目标市场组织海外旅行及产品展示。

10. Liaises with Corporate office to ensure execution and smooth flow through of all Sales & Marketing initiatives.

通过与总部联系,确保所有营业活动的顺利完成。

11. Participates in head office initiated sales and marketing events.

参与总部发起的销售活动。

12. Manages special projects and other business related enterprises

管理特殊项目及其他相关业务。

13. Manages departmental expenses and budget.

控制部门各项耗费及制定预算。

14. Ensures efficient utilization of departmental resources

确保部门资源的高效利用。

15. To participate in weekly MARCOM meeting to review and brainstorm on PR activities, F&B and rooms promotions for the hotel, to ensure high awareness of the hotel in both local and international media

参加每周举行的MARCOM会议以检验和集体讨论公关活动,客房及餐饮有关促销活动,保证酒店对国内外媒体的高度关注。

16. Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor.

完成其他交予的工作。

17. Conduct weekly sales and revenue meeting to review & evaluate on hotel performance, pricing grid, sales strategies and distribution strategies methods to increase business for the hotel with maximum results

每周例行召开销售会议以检验和评估酒店业绩,销售策略及市场细分策略,使酒店的经营利润达到最大化

18. Conduct quarterly sales performance meeting to review on sales personnel performance    

召开季度性会议以检验销售人员的表现。

19. To provide supervision, drive and motivate Sales & Marketing Team including reservations to achieve results.

督导及激励包括预定部在内的部门所有员工为完成酒店经营目标而努力。

 

 

 

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

资历要求

Working Experience:  3-5 years in the same field, 1 years or above in the similar position in four or five star hotels

工作经验: 相同领域3-5年的工作经验,在4、5星酒店担任同等职位1年及以上

Language Ability: Basic English is preferable

语言能力:基础英语者优先

Others: Interpersonal skills, cooperative, intelligent, knowledgeable

其他:社交能力强,有合作能力,头脑灵活,经验丰富

Personality: Pleasant disposition, team leading ability and strong self-initiative

性格:性格开朗,有团队领导能力,做事主动
