PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责
1.Oversee reservation team: make sure all needed standards in LRA survey are implemented.管理预订部团队,保证执行所有LRA标准
2.Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.执行和维护培训体系,保证员工有足够的技能高效工作
3.Training up new staff, enhance property management system (PMS) skill.培训新员工,提升酒店信息管理系统的技能
4.Identify key personnel for further development and structured career pathing 确定团队成员的职业发展规划
5. Implement opportunities for quality team building 开展高质量的团队建设活动
6.Maintain PMS System, ensure all the bookings, rates and market codes are up to date, ensure all accounts are in profile track, ensure proper connection between CRS and PMS.维护酒店信息系统,保证所有预定、 价格和市场代码的更新,保证所有的客户信息正确记录,酒店和中央预定系统连接顺畅
7.Set up-selling strategy and program.建立促销策略和计划
8.Prepare forecast and any other concerned reports.准备预测和相关报告
9.Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.符合公司和酒店的标准
10.Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike.积极推动团队工作氛围,关爱客人和员工

QUALIFICATIONS
资历要求
Working Experience: 1-2years in the same field, 1 years or above in the similar position in four or five star hotels
工作经验:相同领域1-2年的工作经验,在4、5星酒店担任同等职位1年及以上
Language Ability: Basic English is preferable
语言能力: 基础英语者优先
Others: Interpersonal skills, cooperative, intelligent, knowledgeable
其他:社交能力强,有合作能力,头脑灵活,经验丰富
Personality: Pleasant disposition, team leading ability and strong self-initiative
性格: 性格开朗,有团队领导能力,做事主动
