PRIMARY   RESPONSIBILITIES

主要职责

1. Develops an annual communications plan with specific goals and budgets as outlined in the hotel's marketing plan/communications manual.  Prepares working plans to achieve goals and ensures the communications team is fully briefed on goals and progress.

2. Compares actual achievements against goals on a regular basis and takes corrective 

action.

3.Assists the DOSM in the planning of all mailing activities, and oversees their execution.协助市场总监策划所有邮递宣传活动,并监督执行情况。

4.Ensures the communications manual is adhered to and used as a training tool.确保传讯手册符合并被用作培训工具。

5. Ensures that the corporate ID manual is kept up-to-date and implemented as appropriate.

6.Prepares the monthly communications report on a timely basis.

7.Supervises and directs photography for advertising, collateral and public relations  

purposes in liaison with the DOSM, the advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.

8.Ensures the department has a comprehensive master slide library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities, and regularly sends these slides to corporate office for the image library.

9.Supervises operations of the in-house art department.

10.Co-ordinates and executes publication of the hotel’s newsletter(s).

12.Participates in monthly forecasting of the department's expenses..

14.Works with the DOSM and advertising agency on the rooms and food & beverage tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans.

15.Maximises advertising budget by ensuring that the hotel's creative message and media activities are consistent with the advertising of sister hotels and the Shangri-La group advertising.

16.Ensures that the advertising creative is in synergy with the Shangri-La group, projecting a consistent and quality message.

17.Ensures all local creative has approval from VPSM and is reviewed by corporate office in a timely manner before advertising agency proceeds to artwork.

18.Reviews the hotel's market segmentation and other appropriate marketing reports to ensure that the media scheduling matches those segments.

19.Maintains budget control and avoids duplication of advertising appearances by channelling media placements through the Shangri-La group agency.

20.Monitors and maintains media schedules as well as prompt settlement of accounts..监督和维持传媒宣传活动行程,并及时结清账目。


QUALIFICATIONS

资历要求

Working Experience:  3-5 years in the same field, 1 years or above in the similar position in four or five star hotels

工作经验: 相同领域3-5年的工作经验,在4、5星酒店担任同等职位1年及以上

Language Ability: Basic English is preferable

语言能力:基础英语者优先

Others: Interpersonal skills, cooperative, intelligent, knowledgeable

其他:社交能力强,有合作能力,头脑灵活,经验丰富

Personality: Pleasant disposition, team leading ability and strong self-initiative

性格:性格开朗,有团队领导能力,做事主动
