JOB SCOPE 职责范围
Responsible for processing all room reservation requests, cancellation on amendments to the hotel’s customers.
负责处理所有酒店客人的订房需求、订房取消和订房更改。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 义务及职责
1. Receives, processes, and confirms guest room reservation made by/for clients either by phone, letter, in person, or through the Internet.
接受、处理和确认所有通过电话、信函、因特网或其他订房渠道发来的订房需求。
2. Prepares and files reservation slips according to established procedures, ensuring that all pertinent information have been recorded; periodically inspects to ensure that additional details, changes and messages for guests have been noted.
根据操作规程,对预订单进行整理和归档。确保所有相关资料记录在案。定期检查以保证客人的额外资料、信息更改和消息的记录的正确性。
3. Maintains file of no-show and cancellation report; tallies FIT bookings received during the day.
维护整理未抵店客人的报告,预订取消报告,记录当日的散客订房数量。
4. Provides confirmation for all requested reservations received through the Internet.

5. Attends to inquiries, complaints and requests regarding reservations.

6. Records all reservations made by commercial accounts and airlines.

7. Ensures that reservation papers, vouchers, booking orders have been properly filed according to established procedures.

8. Prepares confirmation slips for delivery to client.

9. Performs duties common to all non-supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned by the Reservations Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS 职位要求
1. At least 2nd year college education or its equivalent
至少2年制大学毕业
2. At least one year’s experience in the reservation department of international standard hotel
至少1年的预订部涉外酒店工作经历
3. Computer literature and systems orientated.
酒店电脑系统运用及电脑文档的处理
4. Strong oral and communication skills
良好的口头及文字交流
5. Courteous with strong people skills
