JOB SCOPE 工作范围
1. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Sales Manager, in coordination with the Assistant Sales Director, and within the limits hotel policies and procedure, overseas and directs all aspect of the coordination.
在销售副总监和资深销售的指导、督导之下,遵循酒店规定的原则和工作程序,协助销售人员完成后台协调工作。
2. Coordinate all Group arrangement with tour operators and with related departments in the hotel to provide the highest level of customer service.
负责与酒店相关部门协调团队的入住,以确保为客人提供最佳服务。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 义务及职责
1. Provides superior service standards in responding to group requests for amendments by
2. working closely with group organizer. And ensure all group arrivals and departures are coordinated, to minimize inconvenience to guests.
与团队组织人员保持通畅、紧密的联系,及时更进团队计划的调整,确保团队入住和离店的顺利,减少客户不便。
3. Maintains an up-to-date group block in the sales system and establishes trace system to ensure that all group information is systematically handled.
严格监控团队房间的预留状态,督促相关部门及时更新系统内的团队信息,确保所有变更被系统有效的更进。
4. Implements a detailed follow-up system of all group policies.
制订并建立所有团队的跟踪文档:
a) 90-60 days (depending on seasonality) a follow-up letter
90-60天(根据季节而定)的文档建立
b) 30 days prior to group arrival to secure a final guarantee. Consults with supervisor to release space if no response is received.
团队到达30天前进行再次确认。如团队无法担保入住则取消并释放房间。
c) Secures deposit guarantee according to hotel policy prior to group arrival
确保酒店对旅行团订金担保的支付
5. Respond to all group requests for amendment or pricing within 24 hours.
24小时之内回复所有客人的要求
6. Co-ordinates with all related department on the following:
协调与其它部门工作:
Front Office – room block and assigned rooms fro group
前厅部--对团队房间的保留和分配
F&B – all meal requirements
餐饮部--团队用餐要求的安排
Finance – Billing requests
财务部--帐单的支付
7. Handle group assignments and corporate contract establishment directed by Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager. And cross check if the contract has been signed and returned.
在资深销售经理和销售经理的指导下,准备团队合同和公司合同,并且督促客户回签进程。
8. Assist Senior Sales Manager Sales Manager and Sales Executive to open a new file into hotel system for each individual group or corporate account assigned.
对新签订的团队或商务客户,协助销售人员在酒店系统里建立相关的档案。
9. Prepare monthly production report for Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Executive.
为资深销售经理,销售经理,销售主任准备月度客户报表。
10. Prepares a weekly report for supervisor on pre-group information, final group arrival details and forecast
每周准备近期的团队入住情况汇报与上级
11. Attends weekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by Director of Sales or his/her Assistant.
参加每周由销售总监或其助理主持的会议
12. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be required.
完成其它委派的任务
JOB SPECIFICATIONS 职位要求
1. College graduate, preferably in marketing or related discipline.

2. Two years experience in an international hotel environment.
