主要职责 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

涉及付款方面的会计工作，编制对外会计报表，审核报销单据，办税，管理会计的应用，协助经理编制季度财务分析及预算，以及组织大型招标工作。

Book keeping for payment, presenting financial reports for public, auditing invoice. Doing with business concerning tax relationship, applying management accounting, assistant manager in quarterly financial analysis budgeting, as well as organizing public bidding

Book keeping for payment

1. 迅速更新应付账款

To promptly update of accounts payable.

2. 维更新固定资产登记

Update of Fixed Assets register.

3. 编制对外报出的会计报表

To present financial report for public

4. 审核单据

To audit invoice.

5. 管理会计的应用

To apply management accounting.

6. 协助财务经理编写季度财务分析及预算

To assist financial manager in quarterly analysis and budgeting

7. 办理税务事宜

To do with the business concerning tax.

8. 协助其它部门改善营业方面的问题以符合客户的需要

To assist other functions in operational problems to meet customers’ needs.

9. 确定购买程序以及执行经批准的清单

Ensure established procedures for purchasing and approval of invoices are complied

10. 合同管理

Contribute in managing contact..

11. 协助完成上级分配的任务和布置的特殊项目

Assist with assignments and special projects requested by superior.

任职资格 JOB QUALIFICATION

1. 大学专科毕业以上或同等经验。

Preferably college graduate or equivalent in experience

2. 5年以上从事财务部工作经历。

Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial operations

3. 口头表达和书面表达能力强。

Verbal and written facility

4. 人际关系良好。

Good human relations is a must
