l 向城市主流媒体的重量级人士介绍酒店的高级管理人员。
l 协调管理酒店国际市场关系顾问的活动。
l 为酒店赞助当地慈善机构或为酒店协办符合我们定位的活动创造机会。
l 深刻理解酒店的政策原则和处事态度,并将之贯彻到您的日常工作活动之中。 代表太古酒店出席市内举办的主要活动。
l 根据市场要求和酒店销售战略的变化进行调整,以满足业务需要。
l 协助市场营销总监制定酒店的年度商业计划。
l 确保酒店附属性宣传品的印刷按照酒店的品牌标准。
l 确保酒店网站始终为更新后的状态,其上所载信息始终为最新信息,推广活动、餐饮部的供应服务始终为最新内容。
l 管理所有现场摄影师,确保摄影作品符合我们的品牌标准,摄影作品不能给客人留下有损酒店声誉的印象。
l 在当地社区中、出席活动时,保持完美的形象,向外传达酒店的形象。
l 与管理团队保持紧密合作,为客户、客人、赞助人和团队成员制定活动安排。
l 充分认识到酒店在社区内的形象和口碑,充分了解竞争对手混同业务、定价、广告战略等方面的竞争情况。 能够每周将与主要竞争性酒店有关的市场营销情报分享给他人。
l 维护酒店的数码照片库,向外界正规出版机构发布宣传酒店形象的数码照片。
l 确保酒店的宣传资料袋实时更新,留存有最新的新闻稿、主要团队成员传记、饮食概念和图片。
l Communicate information about the hotel and it services and facilities, employees and events in a positive, stylish and attractive manner in person or in writing.
l Create an annual PR plan with monthly actions for the promotion of rooms and restaurants and bars in conjunction with the Chef & B and DOSM.
l Contribute to establishing a climate of motivation and enthusiasm in the hotel.
l Issue press releases and features on the hotel to the local and national media.
l Maintain close relationships with editors and journalists of local newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations.
l Entertain local and international press with style, grace and charm.
l Introduce senior management to key Chinese media people in the city.
l Coordinate the activities of our international PR consultants.
l Create opportunities for the hotel to sponsor local charities and or co sponsor events in line with our positioning.
l Have a deep understanding of the hotel’s principles and attitudes and integrate this into your daily activities. Represent Swire Hotels in key events being held in the city.
l Adjust to changes in market requirements and the hotel’s sales strategies to meet business needs.
l Assist the ADOSM in creating the annual hotel business plan.
l Ensure that all hotel collateral in printed according to our brand standards.
l Ensure that the hotel website is continually updated with latest information, promotions and restaurant and bar offerings.
l Manage all on site photographers to ensure no disruption to guests and photographs represent our brand standard.
l Maintain a high profile in the local community, attending events, which build the hotels image.
l Work closely the Management Team in creating events for our clients, guests, patrons and team members.
l Fully understand how the hotel is regarded in the community and develop a thorough knowledge of the competitive situation in terms of business mix of competitors, pricing and advertising strategies. Able to share marketing intelligence on a weekly basis from primary competitor hotels.
l Maintain the hotel digital photo library and disseminate images to approved publications.
l Ensure that the hotel press kits is kept up to date with current press releases, biographies of key team members, restaurants concepts and photos
