职位描述

Hotel reservation and customer care through phone, email, chat, etc.

What will I be doing?


1. Use Korean to answer guest's hotel booking requirement or membership related inquiry.
2. Handling guest's complaints if necessary.
3. Can accept the shift arrangement and rotation(Currently 8:00-17:00)

What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications

  • Native Korean with strong English reading and writing skill
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  • Years of related experience : 0-3
  • At least two years working experience after university graduation. Enthusiasm and good sense of hospitality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent English spoken skill is preferred
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  • Years of related experience : 3-5
  • Call Center related working experience is preferred. Age less than 35 is preferred
