• Prepares mise en place and food preparation and assists with food presentation as part of the kitchen brigade.
进行开餐准备和菜肴的烹饪，作为厨房团队的一员协助食品装盘工作。
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
