· <Reportingdirectly to the bell captain, the Bellboy is directly responsible for the dayto day operations of the Concierge whilst on duty. On a broader scale the Belboy is to ensurethat all of Athestel's guests and visitors are greeted,attended to and assisted with a level of service that is professional, friendlyand genuine.The Bellboy is also to ensure that guests and visitors are made tofeel comfortable and welcome and "at home" on arriving and departingthe Hotel>

<直接向行李生领班汇报工作。在当班期间，行李生要负责行李部日常工作的操作进行。从更广的角度讲，行李生要向所有雅诗特酒店的客人和来访者问候，给予关注和提供友好迅捷的专业的服务。行李生还要使所有抵达、预离的客人和来访者受到热情的欢迎，要使他们有宾至如归的感觉>

· <TheBellboy is responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to theBellboy whilst on duty. All duties and tasksperformed are to be procedurally correct, timely and of a consistently highquality. The Bellboy must also ensurethat through personal presentation, effective and efficient work practices andguest service standards, that the guests' "first" and "last"impressions of the Hotel are lasting ones of genuine warmth and friendlinessand of high standards>

· < Responsible for welcoming of guests andescorting them to their Rooms where necessary, in a professional friendly andgenuine manner.>
