岗位职责 Duties and resposibilities
1、根据成本目标,拟订预算、核算、成本管理等实施细则,报批后组织执行并跟进;
According to the cost target, the detailed rules of the budget, accounting and cost management shall be drawn up, and the organization shall execute and follow up after the approval
2、编制成本管理计划,提供成本资料,提出降低成本的控制措施和建议;Prepare cost management plan, provide cost information, propose control measures and Suggestions for cost reduction
3、掌握成本动态,收集行业价格信息,进行成本分析,编制报告,对存在问题给予处理意见;
Master the cost dynamics, collect industry price information, carry out cost analysis, prepare report, and deal with the existing problems
4、统计、核对和分析来自各部门成本相关的数据,进行成本核算;Statistic, check and analyze data from various department costs, carry out cost accounting
5、做好相关成本资料的整理、归档、数据库建立、查询和更新工作;Organize, archive, database establishment, inquiry and update of related cost information
6、参与成本管理体系的建设,协助制定总体方案和实施办法;
Participate in the construction of cost management system, assist in formulating the overall plan and implementation method
7、负责成本目标落实中部门内外的协调和管理;
Responsible for the implementation of cost targets in the internal and external coordination and management
8、配合财务管理、监督和稽核,协助各部门的推广培训;
Cooperate with financial management, supervision and audit to assist all departments in the promotion and training
任职资格 Requirements
1、财务管理、会计、预算等相关专业大专以上学历;
Bachelor degree or above in finance management, accounting, budget, etc
2、2年以上酒店相关工作经验优先考虑;
More than 2 years working experience in hotels is preferred
3、熟悉财务相关法律法规、会计准则和企业内控制度;
Familiar with financial related laws and regulations, accounting standards and internal control system
4、优秀的沟通、协调、组织和分析能力;
Excellent communication, coordination, organization and analytical skills
