岗位职责 Duties and resposibilities
1、按照宴会预订工作程序，细致、周到的做好预订工作；According to the banquet reservation procedures, meticulous and thoughtful good booking work
2、熟悉各个多功能厅的特色、规格标准和可接受预订的容量，礼貌接待和应答客人，谈好每笔餐饮预订业务；Be familiar with the features, specifications and capacity of the multi-function hall, receive and reply to guests politely, and talk about every catering business
3、正确无误地记录预订日期和时间，出席对象、人数、餐饮标准和要求，预订单位和地址，联系人姓名和电话；Record the date and time of the booking correctly, attendance, attendance, catering standards and requirements, booking units and addresses, contact names and telephone Numbers
4、按照餐饮标准和要求，拟订菜单，编制宴会预订报表，经过经理审定后报送各有关部门进行准备；According to the catering standards and requirements, draw up the menu, prepare the banquet booking statements, after the manager has approved the report to the relevant departments to prepare
5、做好对外广告宣传，推广特色产品和配套服务，提高市场知名度，扩大销路；We will promote the promotion of special products and supporting services, enhance market visibility and expand market

7、做好客史资料的积累和建档工作；To do the accumulation and construction of the history of hospitality
任职资格 Requirements1、18周岁以上，身高在1.60米以上，普通话流利，形象气质佳；Above 18 years old, height is 1.60 meters above, mandarin fluent, the image temperament is good
2、有较强的语言沟通能力及工作协调能力；Strong ability of language communication and work coordination
3.有相关酒店预定工作经验的有限考虑Limited consideration of hotel reservation experience
