Business plan & Event Management 商务计划&活动管理

1.To work closely with Director of Catering to explore new markets and packages.

与宴会销售总监紧密工作,开拓新的市场和提供更多的服务套餐。

2.To develop market and business plan and strategies with Director of Catering according to market trend.

开拓发展销售市场和商业计划,配合宴会销售总监根据市场发展趋势指定销售策略。

3.To seek for new business opportunities.

寻找新的商机。

4.To create sales leads.

创建销售线索。


Sales Related Activities 销售相关的活动

1.Liaises closely with Sales Team in proposing the best deal when handling leads/inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, in order to convert the leads/inquiries to confirmed event.

当销售团队操纵生意案列/需求(价格策略、特殊需求)时给予建议和支持,使生意咨询转变为确认的事件。

2.Prepares proposals/contracts for leads/inquiries received from Sales Managers.

当从销售经理处拿到生意需求时,及时为客户准备计划书/合同等。

3.Follows through from negotiation until departure for events assigned.

对于分派的会议事件从开始要坚持谈判。

4.Liaises with clients on finalizing details and gives professional advice on set-ups and planning of events.

和客户一起商谈最终细节并在活动计划和布置上给予专业的忠告和建议。

5.Practices up-selling at all opportunities to maximize revenue.

尽最大可能去提升销售额。

6.Ensures effective communication with clients and internal departments.

保证与客户和酒店保持有效的沟通。

7.Responsible for the dissemination of groups related information to other departments e.g. issues Banquet Event Orders, Group Resumes and chairs pre-event meeting.

将团队涉及的信息发至各酒店各部门。例如:宴会通知单,团队摘要和会议讲座。

8.Maintains close co-ordination with respective departments on organize requirements and last minute event requirements.

在会议组织者有需求或有紧急要求时,及时与各部门进行沟通协调。

9.Be visible to organize and clients during their event/group dates and monitors guest satisfaction.

让活动组织者和客户在活动期间得到满意。

10.Oversees the operation of banquet functions and works closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.

检查宴会进行和各部门工作情况,确保提供有质量的服务。

11.Regularly reviews Master A/C postings to ensure postings are correctly done. Reviews bills with organizers regularly so as to eliminate adjustments needed on final invoice.

12.Maintains close communication with concerned Sales Manager during the process.

13.Involves concerned Sales Manager during post-event meeting and post-event follow

up such as sending Thank you letter & Post-Event Critique forms together.

14.Verifies total charges and layout of invoices prepared by Accounts Receivable and

sends out to organizer.

15.Obtains feedback from clients and follows through with the necessary actions.

从客户处获得意见反馈并通过必要行动来跟进。

16.Refers leads and sends Event Profile information to relevant sister hotels or GSO if any.

17.Maintains the active Event Profile Database & Group Chart.

保持制定有效的会议活动数据档案及团队结构图。

18.Establishes and maintains files of major accounts and assists the Director of Catering Sales in maintaining the Accounts Management System.

建立和维持主要的客户档案并协助宴会销售总监维护管理客户档案管理体系。

19.Establishes good working relationship with internal customers (other departments of the hotel) and external customers (clients, event contractors, suppliers).

与内部客户(酒店其它部门)和外部客人(客户,会议承办人,供应商)等建立良好的工作关系。

20.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to Marketing budget.

积极参与完成部门目标和达到市场预算。

21.Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production.

紧密关注客户在酒店的生意产量。

22.Provides feed-back on market trends and keep updated with client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Catering Sales Managers and Director of Catering Sales.

提供反馈市场趋势,与宴会销售经理和宴会销售总监保持沟通,并与客户保持良好关系,不断更新整体经营目标。

23.Catch up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

抓住任何有可能的销售机会。

24.Assists the Director of Catering in the forecasting of group room nights and banquet revenue.

协助宴会销售总监预测团队间夜和宴会收入。

25.Arranges relationship building visitations when necessary.

视需要安排商务拜访。

26.Cross-sells other sister Hotels where appropriate.

与其它酒店交叉销售。

27.Closely communicates with concerned Sales Managers regarding the progress of the negotiation process.

就有关谈判进程的进展状况与销售经理紧密联系。

28.Conducts site inspections for potential clients when Catering Sales Managers / coordinators are not available).

当宴会销售经理、协调员没有空闲时,带领有潜力客户做酒店视察。

29.Attends regular communication meetings with operations staff to update on event details.

=参加正常的沟通会议与运作部门在宴会细节上。

30.Ensures effective and close communication within the department and other departments.

确保和其它部门有效而密切的沟通。

31.Maintains timely and responsive communication with clients.

及时满足客户需求并保持有效沟通。

32.To liaise with Food & Beverage Department in ensuring that the hotel hygiene and food safety control standards are maintained.

与餐饮部沟通一起保证酒店食品卫生管理体系的实施。

33.To explore new market product

探索新产品适应新市场

34.To build up data base for catering department

为宴会销售部门建立数据库

35.Perform others duties assigned by the management.
