PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
 
1.Assist and support the with kitchen operations as necessary.

2.Promote effective and open communication throughout the kitchen team both upstream and down.

3.Ensure and promote effective intradepartmental communication and a spirit of co-operation.

4.Follow the direction of our Hygiene Officer and the HACCP principals in the Cordis Beijing Capital Airport food safety plan to ensure industry best practice and the highest level of hygiene and food safety in compliance with all local and national (Health Department) regulations.
在康得思酒店食品安全计划中遵循卫生检查员和HACCP的原则，确保所有都按照地方和国家规则的情况下实现行业内最佳实践及最高水平的食品安全和卫生。
5.Ensure all kitchen colleagues are aware of, trained in and follow the food safety standards and procedures outlined in the Cordis Beijing Capital Airport food safety program.
确保厨房所有的员工受到关注和培训，并遵循北京首都机场东海康得思酒店食品安全程序中得食品安全标准和概述的步骤。
6.Ensure all food handling procedures follow the HACCP principals set out in the Cordis Beijing Capital Airport food safety program.
确保所有的食品处理流程遵循HACCP原则并在北京首都机场东海康得思酒店食品安全程序。
7.Ensure all HACCP related documentation, checks and tests are properly recorded, filed and kept up to date at all times.
确保所有的HACCP相关文件检查测试得到正确的记录和存档，并保持随时更新。
8.Follow standard recipes, costing, procedures, systems and standards to ensure the highest level of food quality, safety and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
遵循标准食谱，成本，操作步骤，系统和标准去确保食物质量、安全和使宾客的满意度的最高标准能够持续实现。
9.Ensure all staff are aware of and trained on standard recipes, procedures, systems and standards to ensure the highest level of food quality, safety and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
确保所有的员工能有标准食谱、工作步骤、系统和标准的意识并接受培训，去确保食品的最高质量、安全和使宾客的需求得到满足能够持续实现。
10.Monitor food quality to ensure standard recipes, procedures, systems and standards are being followed and are achieving highest level of food quality, safety and guest satisfaction.
监控食品质量以确保标准菜谱、步骤、系统和标准遵循并能够实现最高水平的食品质量,安全性和客人满意度。
11.Encourage a culture of support and co-operation through participating in team building exercises and recognition programs.
通过参与团队建设练习和了解工作程序来形成一个支持与合作的文化。
12.Develop and implement trainings to help the development and growth of individuals and depth of knowledge in our kitchen team.
制定和实施培训去帮助员工的个人成长和知识的扩展。
13.Always be willing to participant in cross training from different functions and be able to  work as ‘multi-task’ in department.
积极参加不同工作内容的交叉培训，有能力完成多种工作任务，在部门内成为一名多面手。
14.Ensure work place safety guidelines are being followed and any accidents and/or unsafe work practises or conditions are reported immediately.

15.Ensure all colleagues are properly trained on the use of any and all equipment they may encounter.
确保所有员工受到关于他们工作所使用的设备正确培训。
16.Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained to the highest operating standard.
确保所有厨房用具得到正确的清洗并保持最高的操作标准。
17.Ensure all orders are placed in a timely manner and according to the hotel’s policies, procedures and business needs.

18.Ensure food production quantities properly reflect the forecasted business levels to maximize freshness and minimise waste.
确保生产的食品质量能正确反映预测业务最大程度的新鲜和最小程度的浪费水平。
19.Ensure all hotel required documentation is completed accurately, honestly and in a timely manner.
确保酒店需要的所有文档是准确、真诚和及时地完成。
20.Follow all Cordis Beijing Capital Airport policies and procedures as described in our employee hand book.
遵循所有北京首都机场东海康得思酒店的员工手册中所描述的政策和程序。
21.Perform other duties assigned by the management.

November 1, 2017. As part of the long term growth strategy of Hong Kong-based Langham Hospitality Group, Cordis, Beijing Capital Airport will make its entrance in China’s capital city as the firstCordis-branded hotel.  The property was formerly known as Langham Place, Beijing Capital Airport which was under the same management team.Launched globally in 2015, the Cordis brand derives its name from the Latin term meaning "heart."
