PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
l Has full awareness, manages and supervises all tasks of his/her staff.

l Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.

l Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue.

l Train, motivate and incentivize all staff to encourage our guest to join 1865 Club.
培训、激励和奖励员工,鼓励客人加入1865会员。
l Train and motivate staff to have our guests supply an email address at registration thereby allowing us to communicate with then to receive their feedback via media.

l Monitor Front Office, and particularly Guest Relations personnel, to ensure known repeat guests, 1865 Club, suite guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition.

l Schedule and attend regular VIP guest cocktail parties and social engagements in an effort to further improve on service delivery.

l Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities and monitors Front Office Marketing techniques.

l Assume overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure furnishings, facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained.

l Schedule and regularly conduct routine inspections of areas under his/her control.

l Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out.

l Interpret computer reports.

l Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area.

l Approve upgrades and special amenities.

l Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of departmental employees.

l Conduct comprehensive monthly departmental meetings to include a review of procedures and events which warrants special handling and detailed information.

l Communicate to the Dir. Of Rooms/General Manager of his/her delegate all information likely to be of interest to them such as the expected arrival and departure of VIPs and all other pertinent information.

l Assists in maintaining all procedures and adheres to them within Hotel/LHG guidelines; in particular with emphasis on hotel credit policy.

l In conjunction with the Emergency Response Team prepare emergency procedures upon advice from relevant authority that cover such emergencies as Fire, Power Outrage, Bomb Threat, Cyclone Warnings, etc.

l Ensures full knowledge of Cordis Brand Standards.

l Perform other duties assigned by the management.
