Essential Duties and Responsibilities–(Key Activities of the role) 主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)

 

·           Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver excellent service and teamwork. Positively extend prompt assistance to guests and team members.

保证优质的服务,提供达到和超过客人期望的服务。主动为需要帮助的客人和员工提供及时的帮助。

·           Update yourself and Receptionist with current facts of the Hotel services and facilities, including room types, rates, packages, promotions, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and Recreational/Health Club etc.

随时掌握更新酒店的信息并传达至前台每一位员工。包括房间类型,房价,房间包价,推广,相关特色和设施和餐厅,娱乐中心/健身俱乐部等等。

·           Update yourself with sales strategy, packages, promotions, discounts offers; train receptionist how to handle it and what relates to other departments.

掌握酒店的最新市场销售动态和信息,培训前台接待员如何应对客人和如何处理与其它部门的关系。

·           Have complete knowledge of Policy and Procedures and Performance Standard by task of Front Office.

完全掌握前厅工作程序,标准和政策。

·           Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly and courteous services at all the times. Be highly visible at working area while on duty to provide assistance and guide receptionist to handle guests promptly and efficiently. Escort guests to their rooms personally where there is necessary.

确保酒店客人受到迅捷、友善、礼貌的服务,高度关注工作区域并向员工提供相应的帮助和指导。必要时要引领客人至房间。

·           Check and update daily events and hotel activities and brief Receptionists. Supervise and plan the same day selling situation, ensure a positive sales attitude is adopted at all times and to maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel,to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue at all times. Daily review arrival guest’s history files (in Opera System) ensuring that their special requests and needs are handled promptly. Ensure that all VIPs and regular guests are identified, recognized, pre-blocked and special treatments are extended.

检查并更新每日酒店活动安排,确保员工了解。运用主动销售技巧来控制和计划当天房间销售情况以保证出租率和收益最大化。每天检查预计到店客人的资料以便及时安排满足客人特殊需求。保证酒店顺利安排贵宾和常客的入住。

·           Ensure all Receptionists operate computer with habits of log on and off terminal. Ensure the cash drawer is locked when leaves the Front Desk area. Ensure the registered guest data scanned and keyed in PSB System and transmitted properly. Ensure the signboard of Foreign Currency Exchange rate is updated in time according to the notice of the Bank.

教育员工养成离开时退出电脑和钱柜上锁的习惯。确保正确扫描、录入、传输登记的客人资料至外管处。核对外币兑换汇率以保证其准确性。

·           Ensure that either you or Senior Receptionist verifies the shift closing of receptionist and drop the remittance in the safe. Reinforce effective communications between the Reception desk and Housekeeping to provided accurate, consistency and highest standard service to all guests.  

确保前台接待员完整结束当班工作并正确投放封包,加强与客房部的沟通以提供准确一贯的服务标准。

·           Consistently audit all deskwork for accuracy and consistency. Train and guide all receptionists daily when necessary. Maintain working area clean, neat and well organized. Be fully conversant with all aspects of the city and its attractions. Study cultural differences and train the receptionist to be familiar with it in order to meet all different guest’s needs. Be fully conversant with all emergency procedures and train all of receptionist to know how to act upon them.

随时检查前台工作的准确性和一致性。必要时培训和指导接待员。保持工作区域干净整洁。充分了解城市以及她的特点。了解文化差异与客人的需求,并教育员工。完全了解紧急事件处理程序并培训员工如何应对。

·           To adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received. To compile the Reception work schedule. To encourage Receptionist team member to up-sell the EF rooms & suites, maximizing the up-selling revenue. To handle guest complaints at the desk and brief his / her superior the context and solution.

·           按照酒店的信用制度来确保酒店收入。安排接待员的工作时间,鼓励员工up-sell以增加酒店销售额。处理客人投诉并用做教育员工案例

·           Find any selling opportunities in order to drive hotel revenue according to budget.

发现任何销售机会以达到酒店预算。

·           To acquire through training provided a comprehensive knowledge of Hotel Nikko Shanghai's Property Management System (Opera), Telephone System, Paging System and relative systems.

通过培训,要掌握酒店电脑系统(Opera)、总机系统、传呼系统和饭店相关系统的综合知识。

·           Responsible for adhering to Hotel Nikko Shanghai staff rules and regulations as detailed in Hotel Nikko Shanghai’s staff handbook. The Duty Manager is to ensure all staff on duty are at all times immaculately groomed and wear correct and complete uniform. Ensures all staffs are present at roster times in the appropriate departments and service skills are in line with Hotel Nikko Shanghai standards.

要遵守酒店的店规店纪和员工手册。值班经理要确保所有员工在当班时始终保持恰当的仪容仪表和穿着正确的制服,所有的员工准时出勤以及服务技能要符合酒店的标准。

·           To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions as required by Management from time to time.

要始终服从并负责饭店管理层根据工作需要分配的工作或其它职责。
