Responsibilities:

Provides warm and natural services and handles all guest services activities in the Service Centre in accordance with objectives, performance and quality standard established by Shangri-la Hotel, Guangzhou. Ensures that the communication system of the hotel is well maintained and guest communication handled politely and efficiently.

Requirements:
