JOB DESCRIPTION
岗位职责

1、This position is concerned with supervisory role over the bell service duty shift. Ensure efficient service as required by the hotel.
此职位是负责和管理礼宾服务。确保根据酒店需要提供高效服务。

2.管理所负责区域的正常运转。管理岗位员工，安排岗位的工作班次和时间。

3.确保礼宾部交班本上记录的每一件事情都已经落实，记录未完成的工作交给下一个班次。

4.确保所接收的行李和包裹的安全，存放在合适的地方。

5.管理行李房，确保行李房干净、接收、存放行李及宾客的遗留物品的处理。

6.遵守酒店各项规章制度，积极参加酒店培训并通过各项考核。

1、Have good image and temperament;good sense of service and willing to develop yourself in the hospitality industry.
   五官端正,形象气质良好，有较强的服务意识，有志在酒店业发展。
2、Have good working attitude and sense of teamwork.
   良好的工作态度及团队合作意识。
3、Have good command of English and Mandarin.
   英语及普通话流利。
4、Min1-2years in above 4-star international hotel working experience is preferred.
  至少1-2年有4星级以上酒店相关工作经验者优先。
5、Have a good health.
   身体健康。
