To assist in the day to day running of the Human Resources Department ensuring administration systems and company policies and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of associate satisfaction.

Administer the process for acquisition of qualified candidates

  • 管理获取符合条件的候选人的进程

    Check details on Associate Requisition Form raised by department heads against manning guide before submitting for Director of Human Resources’s review.


  • 在人员请聘表提交给人力资源总监签署前,检查部门经理提交的与人员编制方针不一致地方的细节情况。

  • Assist Recruitment Manager to update and post internal Vacancy List and Marriott’s Cluster Hotels Job Vacancy List on associate notice board.

    协助招聘经理更新并在布告栏发布内部职位空缺表和万豪集团其他姐妹酒店的职位空缺表。

  • Call to suitable candicates and ask them to come our hotel for interviewing at appointed time. And reply to interviewees about job nature and responsibilities and other benefits accordingly. Remember to submit the interviewee namelist to Security Department.

    电话预约适合工作岗位所需的应聘者在预定时间来公司进行面试,回复面试者关于工作性质、职责和其他相应的福利等问题,并将每日面试人员名单交给保安部。

  • Assist Recruitment Manager to prepare and follow up some interview details.

    协助招聘经理做好面试的准备和后续工作。

  • Check details on Application Form about position and salary according to manning guide and do reference check before submitting for Director of Human Resources’s review.

    在职位申请表交给人事总监签署前,必须核实相关的职位与薪资是否与人员编制方针一致,并要进行背景调查。

  • Call to unsuccessful candidates in one week and do interview record timely. And then file the interview materials.

    一周内电话通知没有面试成功的应聘者,并要及时做好面试记录,将相关面试资料分类存档。

  • Prepare offer letters for new associates and inform them of preparing some documents for commencement.                                                   

  • 为即将新入职的员工准备聘用意向书,并告知他们入职所需准备的相关资料。

  • Check in for new associates and other relevant administrative support work; Input personal informatioin of new associates into HR system and go to local HR Department for verification contract

    为新员工办理入职手续和其他相应的行政支持工作,要及时将新员工的个人信息录入人事系统,并到当地的人力资源中心做好员工的合同鉴证。

  • Administer the process for internal associate movements

  • 管理内部员工人事变动的进程

  • Establish personal individual files for the new associates and file accordingly.

    为新入职的员工建立个人档案,并按要求进行存档。

  • Assist Recruitment Manager on probation, contract expiry, etc.

    协助招聘经理做好有关员工的试用期和合同到期等事项。

  • Check out for exit associates and transfer their files  timely.

    为离店员工办理离职手续,并及时进行档案转移。

    Administer the process for disciplinary actions

    管理纪律处分进程

  • Ensure associates receive and sign return the associate handbook when they do check in process.

    确保员工在入职时都收到员工手册并签字。

  • Ensure all disciplinary notices are duly singed by the associates, supervisors and managers concerned and are filed and input into both the HRMIS by HRM and individual personal file.

    确保所有的违纪通知及时地被员工和其相应的主管、经理签字确认,并转交给人事经理录入人事系统,最后存于员工个人档案中。

    Benefit & Welfare Administration

    员工福利管理

    Administer      associate benefits scheme and programmes systematically on a timely basis.

定期系统地管理员工的福利计划和项目。

  • Enrol       / remove associates to / from all government mandatory insurance schemes       on a time basis.

定期为员工加入/移交所有政府规定的社会保险。

  • Administer       workmen’s compensation claims and insurance claims.

管理员工的赔偿要求和保险要求。

  • Conduct       orientation to new associates on benefits related items.

为新员工辅导相关的福利事宜。

Co-ordinate      and administer associate general welfare and recreational activities

协调和管理员工总体福利和娱乐活动

  • Support and follow through the details of events e.g. Associate       appreciation week, outing, monthly birthday party, annual associate       party, etc.

支持及跟进活动的细节事宜,比如:员工感谢周、出游、月度生日会、年度员工聚会等。

  • Recommend       and propose periodic associate recreational activities and assist in the       preparation.

推荐和计划举办定期的员工娱乐活动并协助做好准备工作。

 Administer      payroll procedures

管理薪资发放程序

  • Verify       monthly attendance with records in HRMIS before payroll cut off day.

在薪资发放日前在人事系统中核实月度员工出勤记录,并做好本部门的考勤记录。

  • Collect and check accuracy of overtime payment。

收集并检查各部门加班结付的准确性。

  • Update and record       and the Non-managers Annual Leave and various leave, and then distribute       the forms to departments.

更新并做好非经理级员工年假和其他休假的记录,并将相关资料分发给相关部门。

Office Administration

办公室行政工作

Contribute      to the overall efficiency of the department

确保部门整体效率

  • Facilitate  the daily activities e.g. purchase requisitions, distribution of       documents , etc in the Human Resources Office.

推动人力资源部日常工作,比如:采购申请、文件分发等。

  • Maintain       accurate and confidential record keeping.

维护档案保存的准确和绝密。

  • Prepare some document       materials as instructed by Human Resources Manager.

根据人力资源经理的指示准备相关活动所需的相应文件资料。

  • Exercise       creativity on the performance of the daily job.

在日常工作中表现出创新性。

  • Increase  productivity on the outcome of the job assigned.

提高工作生产力。

  • Be a team player with all HR associates to ensure internal customer       satisfaction without compromising standard and bottom-line.

团队合作以使得在不降低标准和底线的原则下确保内部客人得满意度。

  • Provide one-shop stop service to all HR enquiries.

提供一站式服务。

其他

  • Perform       any other duties assigned by Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager.

执行人力资源总监和人力资源经理布置的其他任务。
