1. Be fully conversant with the credit policy and procedures.

2. Ensure that all transfers to City Ledger through Income Auditors agree with the control account.

确认所有从收入审计转至的外客帐,必须同控制帐户相一致。

3. Prepare and forward to the Chief Accountant for review and the Financial Controller for approval all City Ledger adjustments that need to be made before inputting them through the Sales Ledger.

4. Ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits posted to the individual accounts.
