岗位职责/职位描述

 

Position   Summary职位概述

 

Provide a support delivery service to all in-house   guest of the hotel.  Acts to maintain   supplies for Room Attendants, items from stores, and to deliver guest   supplies to guests.

向住店的客人提供派送服务。保持对客房服务员的 物品供应,对出自仓库的物品进行派送,并将客用品送至客人处。

 

1.           Sweeps   and clean pantry and store rooms

对楼层固定仓库和库房进行清扫和清洁

2.           Makes   up roll-away beds and delivers to guest rooms

整理折叠床并送至客房

3.           Makes   up cots for guests and delivers to rooms

整理婴儿床并送至客房

4.           Has   the ability to coordinate with the guest in order to meet his needs   efficiently

有与客人进行协调的能力,有效的解决客人的需求。

5.           Ensures   that all duties are carried out in line with the Hotel Policy with high   standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene correct uniforms and name   badges as outlined in the staff handbook

确保按照酒店规定完成所有任务,并按照员工手册中的高标准要求保持个人外表、个人卫生以及正确的制服着装和人名牌佩戴。

6.           Complete   other responsibilities as assigned

完成分派的其它任务。

7.           Takes   an order from GSC or Order taker to comply with the request of guests

依照总机或办公室文员通知满足客人相关需求

8.           Delivers   order requests within 5 minutes

接到通知五分钟内将物品送到

9.           Record   a list of the items for lending to the guests such as iron & board,   humidifier, heater, etc.

对于借给客人的物品要及时做好借物记录如:熨斗,熨斗板,加湿器,加热器等物品

10.       Maintain   a thorough knowledge of guest room numbers and hotel layout

熟知客房号和酒店布局

11.       Maintain   a thorough knowledge of bathroom amenities for all room categories

熟知各种类型房间的浴室用品

 

12.       Maintain   a thorough knowledge of other special amenities for VIP Guests, Priority Club   Guests and repeat guests

熟知其它为贵宾、优悦会会员和熟客准备的特别用品

13.       Respond   to supervisors directions and collect and place items in guest rooms in a   professional, efficient manner

按照主管的指导,以专业和高效的方式收集相关物品,并将其摆放在客房内

14.       Return   items to guest rooms in a professional, timely manner, adhering to room entry   procedures

依照进入客房的工作程序,以专业并及时的方式将物品送还至客房

15.       Multi-skilled   in other job positions within the Housekeeping Department

具备客房部内部其它岗位上的多种技能

16.       Attends   all staff training meetings as when directed by the superiors

如上级要求,则参加所有员工培训会

17.       Reports   any health or safety hazards or any complaint or potential complaint to the   Manager immediately

及时向经理汇报各种健康或安全隐患,以及各种投诉或潜在投诉

18.       Maintain   good relations with other departments, particularly Housekeeping office, and guest   service center

保持与其它部门,特别是客房部办公室、总机的良好关系

19.     Complete the area cleaning according to the   schedule on the daily basis.

         根据日常安排完成区域区域清洁

20.     Carries out any other   reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.   

完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
