Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, Senior Sales Managers, in coordination with the Director of Business Development, implements all sales activities in his/her area of responsibility.

在销售总监,高级销售经理协调管理下,在业务发展总监的指导下完成所有销售活动,并协助所有销售经理及代表在他/她负责的区域内完成所有销售活动以及充分地把握商业机遇。

 

  1. Handle the coordination of follow-up actions by S & M team member or other Departments with relations to Sales.

    处理协调销售部员工的活动及其他部门和销售部的关系。

  2. Prepare and send out quotations or contracts to travel agents tour operators or related.

    为销售经理制定并发出报价或合同给旅行社或客户。

  3. Issue communications regarding sales –related information.

向所有销售人员传达有关于销售的相关信息。

  1. Perform related duties and handles special projects as assigned by the DOS

积极履行销售总监分配工作和任务。

  1. Ensure that all coming correspondence is replied within 24 hours and then properly put on trace or file.

保证所有发出的合同在24小时内回复,并且适当地放在文件夹里。

  1. Maintain an efficient filing, tracing and correspondence system of the division.

确保部门文件的跟进和系统一致。

  1. Follow dipwith relevant documents

    跟进相关文件的处理。

  2. Attend daily departmental briefing.

参加部门日常会议。

  1. Handle and direct mail activities.

    处理直接收到的实物邮件。

  2. Participate in discussion.

  1. Assist sale manager and executive to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients .

协助销售经理及代表负责所有散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店。

  1. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, team member and team members.

  1. Internal Communication Departmental Briefing; Liaison with other Department; Team member Relations.

  1. Inform clients of current rates as well as any charges in rate by letter, fax and telephone calls.

  1. Inform clients and our tour operators on outlet promotions by letter, fax and telephone calls.

用书面形式,传真或者电话告诉客人最近酒店的团队包价。

  1. Maintain high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through telephone, fax, contacts and written communications to represent hotel.

运用电话,传真,合同及书面形式使酒店保持在市场上的主导地位。

  1. Inform customers promptly about all hotel change information.

    及时地通知客人有关酒店信息的变动。

  2. Administer and coordinators any other Sales activities.

    协调管理部门内所有其他活动。

  3. Demonstrate honesty, care and nondiscrimination in all our relationships and establish effective team member relations .

诚实坦率,在工作中和所有员工建立良好的关系。

  1. Team Work Enhance teamwork among colleagues for effective performance.
