Position Summary职位概述


The basic responsibilities of the Paymaster is to maintain all payroll records, ensuring that all payrolls are correctly prepared and paid on a timely basis. 

工资员的基本职责是维护所有工资记录,确保所有工资被正确及时地准备和支付。

The basic responsibilities of the Secretary is responsible for the accurate and timely presentation of all accounting related correspondence emanating from the DOF’s office. He/She is also responsible for the organization of the DOF’s files, distribution and follow up of reports such as the financial statements, operating results and DOF’s checklist. She will assist the DOF in meeting schedules, travel arrangements and the preparation and distribution of minutes when required.

  1. Collection and verification of basic payroll information from the original sources (time cards, time sheets, wage rate schedules, payroll deductionsAction Form etc)

根据原始资源(时间卡,考勤表,工资表,工资扣除,行动表等).收集并审核基本工资信息。

  1. Preparation of all pay vouchers and payroll records (manual or computerised).

准备所有支付凭证和工资记录(手工或电算化的)

  1. Preparation of payroll journals for general ledger postings.

制作工资凭证做总帐挂账。

  1. Preparation of all tax returns, workers compensation, insurance, superannuation etc pertaining to payroll.

准备所有退税,员工赔偿,保险,退休金等与工资相关的内容。

  1. Preparation of regular payroll reports including productivity reports, manning reports, etc ensuring they are completed on a timely basis.

定期准备工资报告,包括生产力报告,人员编制报告等,确保其及时完成。

  1. Has an excellent knowledge of all awards ensuring the correct rates of pay are entered into the system and paid to team members.

拥有对所有报酬的丰富的知识,确保输入系统的的工资为准确的工资数并准确的支付给员工。

  1. Has an excellent knowledge of the computerised payroll system and maintains all records up to date.

  1. Ensures that correct penalty rates (where applicable) are computed and paid to team members, with the correct authorisation for overtime.

确保正确的加班计算并支付给员工,所有加班得到合理授权。

  1. Audits attendance sheets, overtime, leave and other additions or deductions.

审计出勤表,加班,请假和其他增加或扣减。

  1. Ensures that tax rates and compulsory employee and employer contributions are in accordance with government regulations.

  1. Ensures that standard procedures for resigned and terminated staff are in order.

  1. Co ordinates with Human Resources on payroll matters and familiar with any new development or outlines of Labour Law and personal income tax regulations.

  1. Prepares any reports required by tax department with regards to income tax, social security or superannuation etc.

  1. Ensures that all applications for leave are paid correctly and in a timely manner.

  1. Completes payrun as scheduled.

按时完成奖金计算。

  1. Deals with all team member queries in relation to payroll.

  1. Prepares and distributes tax certificates for team members.

  1. Ensures that all tax, superannuation, workers compensation payments etc are paid on time without incurring penalty.

  1. Maintains strict confidentiality on all payroll related issues.

  1. Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

  1. Maintains good relations with other hotel departments and team members.

  1. Handles all requests and enquiries in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.

  1. Minimises the risks of accidents and workers compensation costs by ensuring the correct work practises are used and that the area is safe from hazards.

  1. To perform any additional tasks assigned to ensure that the department functions smoothly.

  1. Keep all payroll information strictly confidential.

  1. Ensure the departmental filing system operates smoothly, including: reports, contracts, catalog, letter, memo, fax and e-mail.

  1. Ensure the departmental communication operates smoothly, including: phone call, fax and e-mail.

  1. Arrange appointments and meetings for the DOF; ensure the appropriate documents for each appointments.

  1. Attend related meetings as departmental and hotel co-ordination meetings.

  1. Take meeting minutes, accurately transcribe and circulate to appropriate personnel.

  1. Take charge of administrative matters of the Division.

  1. Translate Chinese correspondence and other literatures to English and vise versa.

翻译中文及其他文件为英文或反之.

  1. Act as interpreter of the DOF

  1. Submit Attendance Record and others to HR and other departments timely.

及时递交考勤记录及其他文件至人力资源部及其他部门.

  1. Play the role of Finance Asset coordinator to management the Hotel Asset under Finance Department, ensure periodically inventory taken of assets. 

作为财务部门的资产协调员管理财务部的酒店资产,确保定期的资产存货盘点.

  1. Assist Credit Manager to prepare document for credit meeting.

协助信贷经理准备信贷会议的文件.

  1. Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

  1. Maintain strictest confidentiality at all time on all matters.

对所有事宜始终保持极严格的机密性.

  1. Well inform on all accounting matters, act as co-coordinator when is necessary.

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
