Establishes
and maintains files on major active accounts
within his/her market areas.     
4. 为其他香格里拉酒店积极获取生意。              
    Promotes and produces sales leads for
other  Shangri-La hotels.
5. 通过销售拜访，电话询问和邮件方式获取他/ 她所负责的市场领域中的相关的市场信息，并反馈给市场总监/销售总监，包括市场竞争 趋势。
Provides
feedback to the Director of Marketing /  Director
of Sales on changing marketing
conditions,
including trends in the competition, as a
result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and
direct mail, in his/her market areas.
6. 安排参观酒店。
Arranges sites inspections of
hotel.
7. 负责向其他部门传递准确的信息。
    Disseminates sales related information to
other departments as appropriate.      
8. 必要时出席所有由宴会及会议统筹部门安排的团队协调会议。                            
Attends
all post-conference meetings, as required,
arranged by the Events Management
Department.       
9. 必要时出席所有由宴会及会议统筹部门安排 的团队协调会议，并协助编写报告。       
    Attends all pre-conference meetings, as required, arranged by the Events Management Department and assists in the preparation of
post-conference reports.
10. 按照酒店规章制度，及时地高效地执行所有 相关的职责和责任以达到该岗位所有的既定 
  目标。
