工作范围SCOPE: 
该职位员工的主要工作是协助餐厅服务经理管理全日餐厅的日常工作,满足业务和客户的需求,同时确保全日餐厅员工能遵守酒店的服务标准和工作程序。他/她工作职责是对餐厅服务经理责任并要按照工作需求不定时上班,以确保业务和客户的需求。元素全日餐厅是集亚洲和欧洲美食为一体的全天候的咖啡厅.
The incumbent in the position is responsible for assisting the Outlets Manager in managing the day to day operations of the All Day Dining Restaurant in order to meet business requirements and clients’ satisfaction while ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.  He / she is scheduled to work on a different shift than the All Day Dining Restaurant Manager as his / her job responsibilities are an extension of the All Day Dining Restaurant Manager's responsibilities to ensure continuity and maintenance of standards.  Elements All Day Dining Restaurant is an all day dining offering a wide choice of Asian and European favorites.


职责
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: 
督导全日餐厅的日常工作和服务,以确保各项政策,程序和标准的正常运作以满足和超越客户的期望为目标
Supervises the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the clients' expectations. 
协助和监督下属的工作,协助全日餐厅经理完成日常工作计划的准备,以确保有足够数量的服务人员为顾客提供服务                     
Coordinates and supervises the work of subordinates, assists in the preparation of the schedule to ensure there is an adequate number of staff on duty based on the forecast and submits for approval.
参加所有员工的甄选工作。激励员工并使其发挥完美的工作表现,并在必要时对他们进行的绩效评估
Participates at times in the selection of all reporting staff.  Motivates them to bring about excellent performance, enforces discipline when required and participates in the evaluation of their performance once a year.
协助和确定培训需求及计划,并确实执行已制定的培训活动  
Assists in the identification of training needs and the development of a training plan.  Implements the training activities and assists in the follow up to ensure compliance and their effectiveness. 
定时检查全日餐厅的设施及设备并确保所有的设备运转正常和安全,及定期清洁,保养维修
Inspects the dining room area to ensure that the physical facilities and equipments are well kept and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, by coordinating the cleaning and maintenance, arranging for repairs and other services such as linen laundering, plants servicing, etc
保持高度集中,以确保全日餐厅服务的顺利进行,促进良好的公共关系,纠正员工的错误行为和处理客户的投诉,以确保他们得到满意的回复
Maintains high visibility during meal service in order to ensure smooth running of operations, promotes good public relations, takes corrective actions and handles customers’ complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
与厨房建立有效的沟通,同时确保食品及时的送达                    
Coordinates the service activities with the kitchen in order to achieve a timely delivery of food and replenishment of breakfast and lunch buffet whilst maintaining effective communication with Kitchen Staff.
确保足够的库存以便运作的需要
Controls stock from the beverage / bar operation effectively ensuring pars are respected.
预期并保持所有的物料和用品的有效期。确保所有食品,生产设备,工具和服务设备的正确和安全使用
Anticipates and maintains all materials and supplies ensuring their availability.  Controls usage of all food items and appropriate usage of equipments, tools and service equipments ensuring all equipments is used in a correct and safe manner.
监控营运开支,以确保销售成本与预算一致                                       
Monitors operating expenses to ensure the cost of sale is in line with the annual budget.
确保对所有应急程序, 产品促销, 产品知识,重要客人,宴会和员工的了解,以便能答复他们的要求和问题
Keeps abreast of all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events and brief direct subordinates accordingly so that they are able to anticipate and answer clients' requests and questions.

 Accomplishes a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meeting, writing reports, maintaining a logbook and other specific duties related to the job function.
