职位描述

 职责义务:

1. 与营业总监和餐饮总监一起制定餐饮宴会销售计划。
2. 协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广。
3. 协助酒店市场战略的制订。
4. 协助餐饮部衡量并合理控制经营成本,以恒定标准基础上达到最小支出。
5. 做计划时考虑外界经济情况。
6. 管理财务报告,财务分析、预算,制定部门的定价策略。

7. 确保按照收入和开支预算实现经营目标。
8. 与本部门及其他部配合工作。
9. 预防和处理客人所关心的问题。
10. 与客户谈判,确保满足客人的需要,同时又能够实现饭店的利润。
11. 与客户保持有效的适当地交流,同时表现出专业的形象及工作方式。
12. 对饭店 产品及服务有高度了解,以便更好地向客户销售饭店的服务
        及设施。
13. 根据酒店的目标和方向,制订合适的行政及沟通规定及程序。
14. 与市场公关部有效协调沟通并制定相应的宣传及促销计划。
15. 监督餐饮部对客的整体服务流程以确保达酒店暨定的规范化标准。
16. 拜访有潜力的客户,发展并保持与客户合作的关系。
17. 遵守酒店员工守则。
18. 遵守酒店的政策及程序。
19. 遵守行为准则。

专业知识技能:

1. 具备领导才能,了解所负责部门对各职位的责任。
2. 掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识。
3. 掌握应用销售,餐饮及前台的电脑系统。
4. 了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售。
5. 了解并掌握使用相关会议设施及系统的操作。
6.  能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To work with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of F&B to establish the strategic business plan for Catering and Banquet sales.
2. Assists with the development of new product themes and services.
3. Assists with the development of marketing strategies.
4. Assist with F&B measuring and controlling the cost to reach the standard by minimum expense
5. Takes into account external economic issues when planning and making decisions.
6.    Manages financial reports, analysis, budgets and make pricing decisions for the            department.
7. Ensures the achievement of business objectives according to budgeted guidelines for revenue and costs.


8. Coordinates work operations within the department as well as other related departments.
9. Prevents and resolves all guest concerns.
10. To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met.
11. Demonstrates effective and appropriate interaction with guests whilst maintaining a professional approach and image.
12. Possesses a high level of product and service knowledge in order to promote services and facilities to customers.
13. Develops appropriate administrative and communication policies and procedures in accordance with hotel’s goals and guidelines.
14. Assist with marketing communication Dept. to schedule the promotion & advertisement 
15. Monitor the F&B operation process to ensure the hotel standard
16. Accomplishes sales calls on prospective clients to develop and maintain relationship.
17. Abides by the  Employee Handbook.
18. Abides by both the hotel and  policies and procedures.
19. Abides by the Code of Conduct.

Job Knowledge / Skill:

1. Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility.
2. Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
3. Ability to use Sales, F&B and Front Office computer systems.
4. Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering sales.
5. Knowledge and skills of multi conference audio-visual equipment
6. Ability and understanding of the market and competition.
