岗位职责/职位描述

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible establish and implement HR strategy to support hotel operations andimprove hotel business performance. Fully in charge of the Human ResourcesDepartment.

ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
•  Good communication skills both English and Chinese.
•  Familiar with Local Labor and EmploymentRegulations.
•  Proficient inthe use of Microsoft Office.
•  Problemsolving, analytic, reasoning, motivating, organizational and trainingabilities.
•  Good writing and training skills.
•  StrongLeadership skills in managing teams.
•  Ability to manage complex relationships.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE:
•  Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources / Tourism Management or other related subjects.
•  4 years of relevantexperience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination ofeducation and work-related experience.
