BASIC FUNCTION 基本职责
1.Ensure instructional of training programs in accordance with corporate training standards, policies and procedures.                                                              
确保培训课程与公司的培训标准，政策及程序的一致性。
2.Conduct training in a variety of settings and through a variety of media; instruct and certify other trainers; update variety of program combining multiple existing sources.                
运用不同的媒介方法进行培训；指导，认证培训师；更新公司已有的培训课程。
3.Assessment data, analyze needs, and utilize in development of training plans.                        
分析数据，评估培训需求，并用于制定培训计划。
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  职责和义务
1.Manage and coordinate region efforts, resources in organizational training and learning to develop people and enhance corporate culture.                                     
管理协调区域组织培训与学习资源与能力，开发人力资源，加强企业文化。
2.Guided by Director of Human resources, work with corporate management, and external consultant in updating and developing training programs to support recruitment, performance management, people retention, management, leadership and other necessary talent development courses.                                                                  
在人力资源总监的指导下，配合公司管理层，更新，开发培训资源，更好地在公司人才招聘，绩效管理，人才保留，管理与领导力等方面的提供更好的培训支持课程。
3.Organize, implement, and evaluate training programs which supplement existing training activities including, but not limited to, orientations, other certified program development and delivery for Howard  Johnson properties and Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale properties.                                                      
组织，执行，评估现有培训课程及补充课程，但不仅限于，入职培训，及其他认证培训，培训豪生酒店、温德姆至尊豪廷酒店相应的员工。
4.Responsible for instructional training of all property training managers.                            
负责指导培训酒店培训经理。
5.Monitor quality of on-the-property training to ensure standards meet company expectations. 
监管酒店培训以确保达到公司要求标准。
6.Provide on-going feedback and coaching to training participants.                               
为培训的员工提供持续的反馈与指导。
7.Provide on-going feedback and coaching to property level trainers.                                
为酒店培训师提供持续的反馈与指导。
8.Offer assistance and support in planning and organizing on-the-property senior executives training programs supplied by external training experts or consultant companies.                                                  
为酒店计划组织外部机构培训咨询专家提供的高层培训提供咨询与支持。
9.Plan, organize and budget training programs for corporate staff basing on the business development goal of company and their training needs.                                          
根据公司的经营目标与培训需求，计划组织培训及预算。
10.Participate in the delivery of specialized training programs, as necessary.                        
根据需要参加公司其他专门培训。
11.Perform tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assignment. 
根据需要完成其他类似培训性质的工作职责与任务。
12.Develop and implement training needs assessment in formally and informally.                      
进行正式与非正式的培训需求评估分析。
 
JOB SPECIFICATION 工作要求
1.Bachelor Degree in organizational behaviors, Human Resources, Teaching, training and development or equivalent or above.                                                        
组织行为学，人力资源，教学，培训与发展或等同专业学士学位或以上学位。
2.Minimum of eight years related experience.                                                
不少于8年工作经验或相关工作以验。
3.Adequate skills and knowledge in training, teaching, presentation and other related skills and knowledge.                                                                       
丰富的培训教学，演示知识与技能。
4.Strong oral and written skills in English and Putonghua. Computer proficiency required.较强的英语与普通话能力及电脑运用能力。
5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.                                                  
很好的人际能力及沟通能力。
