岗位职责
Develop the hotel module training plan and the monthly training program 制定酒店相关模块培训计划和月度培训计划 Track and evaluate training results and make improvements 跟踪评估培训效果,进行改进 Feedback the result of the hotel training to the superior leader on schedule 按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果 Communicate with related departments to obtain the necessary assistance for training. 与相关部门进行沟通,取得培训工作所需的协助 To approve and revise various training materials; responsible for the implementation of staff assessment 审批修订各种培训教材;负责员工考核工作的实施 Be responsible for regular in-depth departments, understand the training needs of the Department, put forward feasible teaching suggestions 负责经常深入部门,了解部门的培训需要,提出可行性教学建议 Liaison Organization work for various teaching activities 进行各项教学活动的联络组织工作 |
任职条件
Fluency in written and oral English. 精通英语 Proficiency in using office software which including but not limited in PowerPoint 熟练操作办公室各种软件其中包括但不限于幻灯片制作 Good presentation and communication skills. 具有较强的展示及沟通技巧 Excellent organization & coordination skill 具有较强的组织协调能力 Team work spirit 较强的团队合作意识 |

九庄酒店位于九寨沟景区入口正东方向1.5公里处,临近白河金丝猴自然保护区等著名风景区,交通便利;酒店建筑群由东楼、西楼、九寨沟大剧院、生肖艺术广场及员工宿舍等组成,拥有各类客房569间,餐位1000余个,还有4种不同形式的会议室10间,最高可供523人的会议使用。
