酒店诚聘各岗位实习生，作为酒店储备基层管理人员，涵盖前厅部、餐饮部、客房部、人力资源部、财务部、中西厨房等。

总体要求：2017届应届毕业生，热爱酒店行业，能从基层岗位做起，具有良好的管理培养潜质及服务行业从业人员素质，在校有过学生干部经验及服务行业兼职经验者优先考虑。同时，针对2016届毕业生亦可提供酒店各部门相关工作岗位。

另：

一、人力资源部实习生：

1、要求人力资源管理专业，本科2017届应届毕业生，宁波本地人，发展方向薪酬绩效模块，希冀在人力资源领域有长远发展。

2、要求旅游管理专业大专以上2017届应届毕业生，宁波及周边城市人员，发展方向招聘模块，希冀在人力资源领域有长远发展。

二、前厅部实习生：

要求英语CET-4及以上，具备良好的沟通能力，能适应三班倒的工作制，需上夜班，希冀在前厅管理方面有长远发展。

三、餐饮部实习生：

要求热爱餐饮行业，能适应餐饮部轮休排班制等工作时间，希冀在餐饮行业有长远发展。

四、客房部实习生：

要求喜欢楼层管理工作，对客房清洁管理等有过相关经验者优秀考虑，希冀在客房管理领域有长远发展。

五、财务部实习生：

要求财务相关专业，对数字较为敏感，考取会计从业资格证者优先考虑，希冀在财务管理领域有长远发展。
