Maximize revenue for the hotel through three areas: excellent event execution, up selling, and effective management of groups. Executing superior events will strengthen customer loyalty and increase repeat business opportunities. Up selling of event management, and increased total hotel revenue.

· Expertise in menu planning, food presentation, meeting room set ups, audio visual, and banquet service standards

擅长菜单的筹划，食品介绍，会议室的准备，音像设备，宴会服务标准。

· Ability to understand and manage room related requirements, such as room blocks, resumes, VIP’s, and master billing

能够理解和管理与房间有关的需求，比如房间划分，锁房，VIP的和总帐单

· Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel, understanding operational challenges
