职位描述

 MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 :


Proactively develops and manages catering sales associates and sales efforts. Communicate hotel’s catering sales strategy and ensures that sales staff executes against sales strategy.  Manage annual planning process for goal setting, budgeting and staffing. Manage department budget and sales administrative functions.  As appropriate, responsible for achieving individual sales goals and account management.
管理宴会销售部员工及其销售成果。与销售人员交流宴会销售战略,确保销售战略被有效执行。负责每年销售目标,预算制定及员工管理流程;履行部门销售行政管理职能。完成个人销售目标及客户管理。
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :
Responsible for the catering sales through development and management of catering sales associates, communication of hotel’s sales strategy, and management of annual planning process.
管理宴会销售部员工及其销售成果。与销售人员交流宴会销售战略和制定年度计划。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :
1.Assist DOM on administration and overall sales planning of the catering sales office
协助市场销售总监在销售部的行政管理和制订整体销售计划。
2.Select, develop and manage on event sales staff
选择,发展,和管理本部门销售员工。
3.Be in charge of internal staff training program, such as event professional knowledge, sales skills, etc.
负责部门员工的培训事宜,包括宴会专业知识、销售技能等。
4.Focus on the event operating process, timely communicate with DOM, and provide some constructive plans.
关注每日宴会生意进展,及时与DOM交流,提供建设性的方案。
5.Focus on the information about competitors, and arrange appropriate staff to follow up.
关注竞争对手信息,并安排合适人员跟进。
6. Responsible for obtaining personal sales objects and account management
完成个人销售目标的取得和客户管理。
7.Daily sales report
进行常规的每日销售报告。
8.Meet with key banquet customers to build relationship.
拜访主要的宴会客户并与其建立良好的关系。
9.Act as hotel sales contact for customers. Serve as customers advocate.
作为酒店的销售代表联系客户。
10.Work closely with DOM and Reservation Sales to formulate strategy optimizing sales / revenue.
与市场销售总监和前摄销售团队紧密合作,战略性地实现销售收益最大化。
11Work closely with Even Managements Team to ensure a smooth event operation to up sales and maximize revenue potential, as well as increase guests’ satisfactions.
和宴会运作团队紧密合作,确保宴会顺利运行,完成升级销售和收益最大化,同时提高客户的满意度。
12.Account Management   客户管理
a)To input information related to all accounts into Opera S&C.
在OperaS&C中输入与客户有关的信息.
b)Manage the Opera S&C database and ensure all information in the system is up to date.
管理OperaS&C数据库,确保系统内的所有信息及时更新.
c)Responsible for setting up plans and actions for each account
负责为每一个客户制定计划和行动方案。
d)Work towards achievement of stretched catering sales goals.
为达到扩展的宴会销售目标而努力。
e)Participate in account review and account audit to ensure that all relevant information is obtained for each of the accounts.
对客户资料进行回顾和审核,确保为每一个客户获取相关的信息。
13.Fully utilize all Marriott Resources  充分运用万豪的资源
a)Cross sell sister properties when the hotel product does not fit into customers’ requirements or when customers have potential for other properties.
当酒店产品不能满足客户需求或者客户对其他酒店有潜在需求时,可以交叉销售万豪集团下兄弟酒店的产品。
b)Constant communication with market sales, alliance account team and GSOs to discuss on needs of the hotel and to ensure full coverage of all accounts.
持续不断地与市场销售,联盟客户团队以及GSO们进行交流,讨论酒店的需求,确保能覆盖住所有的客户。
c)Make good use of Marriott Rewards and Rewarding Event as a key sales tool.
很好地运用万豪的奖励制度,把它作为一个主要的销售工具。
d)Work closely with the other sales teams in the cluster to share marketing information, discuss on account servicing issues and cooperation.
与集团内其他的销售团队紧密合作,分享市场信息,讨论客户服务以及合作的问题。
