MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:主要职责

 

Under the guidance and supervision of the Floor Team Leader within thelimits established JW Marriott Hotel, Housekeeping Department policies andprocedures; maintain the cleanliness, orderliness and sanitary condition ofassigned Floor rooms and its surrounding Public Areas, including service areas,linen pantry and supply storeroom, lift lobbies and backstairs.

在楼层领班的指导下共同建立酒店、客房部的政策和流程维持清洁保养、井然有序的状态包括公共区域服务区域工作间和储藏室电梯间和后通道。

SPECIFIC DUTIES:工作任务

 

1.    Ensure day-to-dayoperational efficiency of the section:

确保每天部门的工作能被有效地完成

a          Collect and sign for section card key and getreports from the Floor Team Leader, ensure complete information is on handbefore starting the day’s job including special information such as allocatedVIP and group rooms.

领取钥匙后签字并且在开始上班之前拿到所需要的信息比如当天的要到达的贵宾及团队。

b          Clean and provide services to all assigned roomsincluding the refrigerator:

清洁并提供所有楼层服务以及补充冰箱

 

   Ensure proper procedures in cleaning/ servicing/ turning down beds arestrictly followed

确保一切清洁、服务、开夜床的程序严格遵守。

   Observe proper bed making as instructed according to approved procedures

检查床是否按照正确的程序以及被允许的方法来做。

   Observe proper procedure in cleaning bathroom/ toilet with the use ofthe right chemicals.

检查是否用正确的程序来清洁卫生间、马桶是否用正确的清洁剂来清洁。

   Replenish all guest amenities and stationeries consumed by guestaccording to standard set up.

补充所有客用备品以及贝客人消耗的文具用品按照标准放在规定的位置。

   Dust all furniture, fixtures and fittings to ensure they are free fromdust.

清洁家具灰尘确保所有地方没有灰尘。

   Vacuuming daily carpets and upholstery properly. Spot shampoo carpet andupholstery, to maintain its clean appearance.

每天吸尘以及布制品的局部清洁保持良好的外观。

   Refrigerator glasses should be clean, spotless and free from dust.

冰箱里的玻璃杯必须保持清洁无污点并没有灰尘。

Hang properly, inside the wardrobe, and guestsclothing found in the room为客人挂好衣物

   Water potted plant wherever necessary需要时给植物浇水

   Maintain upkeep of flower arrangement in the rooms. Request forreplacement if necessary.需要是维护或更换鲜花

   Set temperature in rooms, as instructed.根据指令调节温度

   Remove stale/rotten fruits in the rooms.将坏的水果去出扔掉

   Immediately report to the Floor Team Leader any missing or damagedfurniture, fixture and equipment.

如果有遗失的家具、固定资产和设备立即报告领班。

   Carry out spring cleaning program assigned by the Floor Team Leader,especially during low season.

落实领班分配的额外需要清洁的房间尤其在淡季

   Clean widows according to procedure.根据制度清洁窗玻璃

   Shampoo carpet, as instructed.根据指令清洗地毯

   Polish marble flooring according to schedule. Vacuum, brush and sopshampoo corridor carpets, wipe and Polish Corridorwood works, polish metal fixtures in the corridors.

大理石地面抛光吸尘清洗走廊地毯走廊木制品和金属物品的表面擦灰

   Maintain cleanliness of lift lobbies (guest elevator landing area), andstanding ash ums frequently during tour of duty.

维持客人电梯口的清洁在路时清洁立式烟缸。

   Bring down rubbish and empty bottles to waste disposal area.

清空瓶子并将垃圾扔到指定区域

c          Remove room service trays and trolley fromrooms. All rooms trolleys and trays left in the rooms or corridor are to beremoved to the service pantry IMMEDIATELY, for collection by room servicestaff. Instruct Housekeeping Order Taker to inform Room Service for collectionas soon as noticed.

移走房内或走廊上客房送餐的盘子和车子并打电话给办公室文员通知送餐服务员立即收走

d          Forward all lost and found items to the FloorTeam Leader. All items found in the rooms must be reported IMMEDIATELY to theOrder Taker:将客房内客人遗留物品告知领班并且立即报告给文员

 

   Report to the Floor Team Leader and Housekeeping Order Taker immediatelyfor valuable items found.

立即报告领班和文员客人遗留有价值的东西

   Fill in all information in the Lost and Found report.

将客人遗留物品的信息写清楚

   Valuable items should be surrendered to Housekeeping Office right awayand normal items before going to lunch or at the end the shift duty.

值钱的物品要立即交到办公室别的东西可以在吃饭或者下班时带下来

 

e          Check and reportrefrigerator:

检查并报告冰箱内物品

   Check for guest consumption daily.

检查每天客人消耗品

   Complete the refrigerator list and report consumption to Order Takeraccording to approved procedure.

根据程序报告给文员客人的消耗物品

   All refrigerator consumed items must be replenished in the rooms wileroom attendants are carrying out room cleaning.

在清洁客房时补充所有消耗品

   Check rooms and call AYS for laundry pick up and monitor delivery oflaundry by AYS runner:

检查房间并报告AYS洗衣

   Call LDY immediately for laundry collection before 12:00am daily.

打电话给洗衣房收在12点之前送洗衣服

   Ensure laundry dry cleaning list has been completed by guest beforecalling AYS for collection.

确保送洗的衣服是客人填好单子的

   Hang guest laundry in the closet properly and put necessary forms ondresser table to inform resident of the delivery.

挂好客人的衣物在衣柜并且设置卡片告诉衣服已经送回

   Ensure used laundry list and laundry bags are replenished.

   确保补充好洗衣单和洗衣袋。                  

f           Prepare roomattendant report:

填写员工报表

  Ensure rooms are checked properly and that discrepancies areproperly marked down in the report. Inform the Floor Team Leader.

确保房态差异被检查好并做好记录通知领班

g          Carry out turndown service according to approved procedure:

根据要求做好晚床

hTake rooms  status check and fill in the roomreport:

检查房态和填写工作单

   Help maintaining security by reporting any suspicious looking characterson the floor:

协助安保并报告可疑人物

   Damaged and stained linen must be returned to linen room.

如发现有污渍和破损的布草必须还到制服间。

 

 

i            Report repair andmaintenance required in the guest room immediately to the Order Taker to ensure that everything in the room is functioning according to the standards set bythe rooms. Inform the Floor Team Leader immediately.

报修房内的工程给文员和领班

j            Keep linenroom, supply racks and service area clean, orderly, tidy and sanitary:保持布草客用品架子和服务区清洁整齐和干净

  Service toilet tobe kept clean, sanitary and free from foul/ bad odor at all times.

保持工作间内厕所干净卫生无异味

k          Prepare report/hand-over and submit together with key to the Floor Team Leader before going off duty.

下班前交钥匙和表表给领班

l            Room attendantwill do the following public area cleaning on the floors:

  Vacuum corridorcarpet走廊吸尘

  Dust and wipeoval table and art work.家具和木制品擦灰

  Dust and wipeconsul table, two table lamp shades, and remove and dust smudges on the mirror.

桌子擦灰灯罩擦灰镜子无手印

  Dusting of allpicture frame/ art works on the wall.

画框和工艺品擦灰

Be aware of Floor emergency, safety and pestcontrol procedures.Maintain personalgrooming as per Hotel and Floor standard to project and efficient, professional, neat and tidyappearance to guest and set an example to colleagues.

             被告知楼层紧急事件安全和杀虫程序。保证个人仪容仪表整洁专业。
