MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 :
Greetand serve the guest by Marriott standards of food and beverage quality,presentation and sanitation, and in a gracious and professional manner. 
根据万豪餐饮部的质量，准备和卫生标准欢迎和服务客人，有和善和专业的习惯。
Display aggressivehospitality through positive personality with both guest and fellow associates.
对客人和员工提供个性化服务。
Take pride in allfacets of service with a clean professional appearance and keep a sparklingclean bar area at all times. 
在任何时候提供专业清洁的环境和闪亮干净的酒吧区域提供引以为荣的服务。
Serve our gueststhrough the front bar and via servers in the service area. 
在服务区域为我们的客人提供吧台和走动服务。
Comply with beveragedepartment standard operating procedures and conduct yourself in accordancewith Bartender Do’s & Don’ts Guidelines.
根据调酒师该做与不该做原则和酒水部服务标准程序执行。
 
 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES責任概要:
1.            Follow all Marriott policies and procedures.
执行所有万豪政策和标准。
2.            Comply with the “clean as you go” policy.
执行 clean as you go 政策
3.            Report to work on scheduled days at thescheduled time.
根据每天排班表的时间上班。
4.            Report to work in uniform following all appearance standards.
          根据所有的仪容仪表标准穿制服上班。
5.            Work as a TEAM.
团队合作。
6.            Follow all safety policies to ensure a safework area.
遵守安全政策确保一个安全的工作环境。
7.            Honour all reasonable work-related requestsmade by a Manager or Supervisor, which may be outside your normal job activities,to achieve complete guest satisfaction and service throughout the Hotel.
执行一些在你工作范围以外的由经理主管提出的任何合理与工作有关的要求，通过整个酒店的服务来使客人满意。
8.            Check out with your supervisor before leavingyour station or the floor for any reason.
任何原因离开你的工作区域要向你的主管汇报。
 
 SPECIFIC DUTIES工作任務 :
1.            Pick up bar bank and guest checks fromprescribed area.
在指定的地方领取客人使用的帐单。
2.            Set up bar—unlocking liquor, icing,glassware, juices, & garnish setup.
酒吧准备---打开酒，加冰，杯子，果汁，装饰物准备
3.            Accept drink orders from servers in propercalling order via Micros to keep bar service at optimum level of service forour guests.
接受从服务员micros 打出的单子并提供最佳的服务给我们的客人。
4.            Double check the Micros dupes for correctnumber and name of drinks ordered; no drinks to be made without Micros dupes.
重复检查从micros 打出的单子的饮料的名字和数量，没有micros 打出的单子不提供饮料
5.            Total compliance with conditions as outlinedin beverage service personnel work agreement.
依从酒吧服务个人工作准则。
6.            All cocktails are to be made in accordancewith Marriott standard beverage manual and Marriott bar guide, using thestandard jigger at all times.
任何鸡尾酒按照万豪酒水和酒吧标准制作，任何时候使用盎司器。
7.            Be able to operate Micros POS terminal. Novoids or deletions without prior management approval.
能够执行Micros POS，没有经理批准不能取消和删除。
8.            Follow the standard cash handling procedures.
          执行标准现金持有程序。
9.            Day bartender will receive and check liquoragainst previous night’s requisitions. Any discrepancies with the receivingorder should be brought to the attention of the beverage manager. Nightbartender will requisition liquor with the posted the bar sheets. 
每天调酒师根据晚班报表收到和检查酒，任何差异都须汇报酒水经理，晚班调酒师将领料单和报表交到指定地方。
10.         At no time leave the bar area unless properlyrelieved by a manager, supervisor or another bartender.
没有通知经理，主管或其他调酒师，不能离开酒吧区域。
11.         Responsible for mopping floors, emptyingtrash cans and general sanitation to include: speed rails, counters, meltingice in bins, and wiping all stainless.
职责是拖地，清空垃圾和总的清洁包括扶手，吧台，冰箱内化冰和擦不锈钢。
12.         Have available the Marriott beverage manual& the Marriott bar guide, beverage department standard operatingprocedures, sanitation checklist.
          按照万豪酒水和酒吧标准制作产品和清洁检查。
 
13.         Night bartender will be responsible for barsecurity in his/her area.
晚班调酒师有责任保证其工作区域的安全。
14.         Perform any reasonable requests made bymanagement, which are not life-threatening or against the law.
          只要不威胁生命和违反法律的任何合理的要求都要执行
