Scope and General Purpose of Job/ 工作范围及目的

Responsible for counting/weighing/measuring and sorting all purchases of food, beverage, supplies and equipment. Responsible for storing/issuing and accounting of food and beverages, general supplies and operating equipment.

负责所有采购的食品、饮料、杂货及营业配备的数量、计量、重量等按标准收货.负责食品、饮料、总仓物品及营业配备的收货、发放和记录.

Main Duties /主要职责

1.                 Count, weigh, measure and sort all incoming food, beverage, supplies and equipment.

对所收食品、饮料、杂货及配备等进行计量、称重和筛选。

 

2.                 Check quantity received against purchases orders or daily market list.

将收到的物品数量与采购订单或每日购货单核对。

 

3.                 Ensure that items received are in accordance with specifications by consulting the ordering department, if necessary.

应保证收到的物品与申请部门的要求相符。

 

4.                 Carry or load goods on carts and delivers these to storerooms or requisitioning departments.

用货车把物品送往仓库或申请部门。

 

5.                 Fill in the Receiving Records for items received and files Receiving Section Copy.

根据收到的物品填写收货记录,保存收货记录-收货部联。

 

6.                 Forward copies of Receiving Records to departments concerned with the original copy given to supplier.

把收货单的部门联交给相关部门,供应商联交给相关供应商。

 

7.                 Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of receiving area at all times.

始终保持收货区域干净整洁。

 

Re-check food, beverage, general supplies and operating equipment delivered from the Receiving Section to ensure conformity with quantity and quality specifications.

重新检查从收货处交来的食品、饮料、总仓物品及营业配备,保证数量质量达标。

 

8.                 Update stock cards on all items in the storeroom, ensuring that the prescribed par stock is maintained.

更新仓库所有物品的卡片以保证既定的存货量。

 

9.                 Maintain an orderly and functional arrangement of all items in the storeroom.

将仓库存货有序、有规律地存放。

10.              Mark prices on receiving records according to the prices shown on the Purchase Requisition or Market List.

根据采购申请单和每日购货单上的价格在收货记录上标明收到物品的价格。

 

11.              Assist in the preparation of the inventory list of all items in the storeroom.

协助准备仓库存货清单。

 

12.              Perform other duties as may be assigned.

履行可能交办的其他任务。
