岗位职责/职位描述

 REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resources functions, at least five 5 years of which must be in a managerial position in a 4 or 5-stars hotel managed by international hotel management company.
- Minimum 2 years as a hotel Director/manager of Human Resources.
- Strong background in employment, employee relations, benefits, wage and salary, employee training, accident prevention, and government regulations and policies as they impact HR.
- A thorough understanding of local labor laws.
- Fluency in English spoken and written preferred.
- Pre-opening experience preferred.
