岗位职责：

救生员：
1、负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视泳池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告；

2、认真做好每天的清场工作；

3、负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生；

4、勤在泳池边观察，注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导；

5、定时检查更衣室，杜绝隐患。

健身教练：

1、提供全面的教练服务，场内常规技术辅导及健身器械使用指导；

2、为宾客科学制定体能营养训练计划；

3、负责训练、指导工作及宾客服务工作；

4、指导宾客正确的锻炼，做好宾客的健身记录，保证宾客绝对安全；

5、推广并销售与健身有关的系列产品。

任职资格：

1、具有救生证，并具有1年以上相关工作经验者优先；

2、熟悉泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识；

3、能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作；

4、有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。
